Great hotel , pool area was lovely , staff really friendly. Our room was quite away from the main area, bit of a walk to the pool ect and across a road but didn’t spoil the holiday as room was lovely and you could ask for a golf buggy ride from reception. Food was your average buffet style and not all restaurants were open when we went , neither was the indoor pool. The entertainment staff , cleaners and bar staff all work really had . We had a great break here .

We had a great time here,staff brilliant,nice rooms,good food,the only thing i would say is this place is quite isolated,its beautiful has everything you will need but i thought the town albufeira was closer,its 1 about 10 miles away,thete is a free shuttle bus there but last one is 8pm so you got to take a taxi back anout 18euros,but we had a fab holiday

Staff was great and worked hard Our room was one of the renovated ones but they had a plumbing issue that required us to have many windows open often. Number 2 smell. The other minor issue. If you are going to have a large roof top terrace off the bedroom provide a couple cushioned loungers. I know, first world problems but I’m on vacation. Small cost for great comfort and happiness for the guest Overall if they work on finishing the rooms and fixing the smell the place will be great

The rooms could have tea and coffee making facilities. Overall very good though.

I've been to a number of all inclusive resorts, and the Adriana seemed to have more of everything than all the others - including ice cream available all day.

Clean, quiet and friendly. Food was good but not very hot

Staff were lovely, except ‘some’ of the reception staff. Special mention to the Entertainment and kids club team. My daughter loved the mini club.Pool area is great - plenty of parasols. Lots of activities going on too.Restaurant/bar- lovely food on offer. A few more child friendly options on theme nights would make life easier for keeping the little ones happy. Need to get bigger beer glasses - 200ml??Rooms - Please stop using the term ‘superior’. Superior suggests that you’re getting a nicely decorated room. The hotel uses superior to describe the location of the room which is closer to the main pool.Some rooms are renovated and are nice and fresh. Many rooms are not renovated. These ones are outdated, tired and in some cases grotty. Renovated should be used in the room description, not superior.Evening entertainment- repetitive mini disco (but the kids seem to love it). The entertainment after the show is pretty decent and on par with most family hotel. The staff really make the effort with everyone! Other gripes - not enough tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. If you are later going to the restaurant then you will not get a seat outside for the evening shows. The only option of for people to sit on the stairs. This is uncomfortable and also dangerous as people are walking past you and could knock over glasses. Overall - decent holiday. Better when we got changed to a renovated room. Lots of small gripes which add up.

Staff were great. From catering to entertainment, they had lots of energy and were very pleasant. Kids entertainment was very good and they have lots of things kids love. Rooms were slightly smaller than expected but again really clean and the entire complex was spotless.Food generally very good perhaps a little repetitive but always very fresh. The bar did close really quite early though which I found strange, but then I dont drink alcohol until later in the day, but a smaller late bar would be a positive addition.Overall great and the kids loved it.

Beautiful location, hardworking happy helpful staff. Room very clean, buffet food good. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms - but on tap 24 hours in reception, no wifi in rooms only in reception and dining room area, you had to pay (22euros?) for safe, but i trusted the cleaners. The gluten free bread was hard and inedible but all the food was labelled with allergies/intolerants. Lots of energetic activities to burn off energy. Plenty of sunbeds around pool and on beach. 93 wooden steps down cliff to beach with a bench half way down but lovely private beach was worth the effort.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those that will not be driving. You can walk alobg the BEAUTIFUL beach to Vilamoura town - about 40mins ..hotel has free shuttle buses to albufeira town and vilamoura. The beach is Stunning and just an easy 10 minute walk from hotel reception. There is a supermarket about 20 mins walk from hotel...very friendly! The all inclusive meals are GREAT! The bar all inclusive to 11pm! The waiters, chefs, cleaning ladies, all so welcoming and nice. Even though they are busy working, they still give you a welcoming smile! The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept! Beautiful flowers all around! No feedback is without areas of improvement:) the rooms are ok. Do not expect much, but beds were comfortable. Tv channels not super exciting, so bring own entertainment. Then again , youre not here to stay in the room, so it was ok. Do bring own toiletries. Only WiFi in reception and near reception area.I have mixed reviews about the customer service in the reception and kiosk. Some were very friendly and eager to help, yet some seemed very displeased if you asked a question and very unfriendly. This really surprised me, as the reception is the focus point and reflects on how the hotel can be. But like I mentioned, all other staff members were really superb, professional and lovely! I would definitely come here again and already recommended this place to my family and friends!
