It is difficult to give this hotel just 4 stars when it's staff are all so polite, helpful, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is great value and well located. We had a huge room but - and this is why it isn't a 5 star review - there's space that could be better used and a renovation is probably needed soon. I'd rather have a desk rather than a swinging sofa. The bathroom too is showing a bit of age. My guess is that rooms will get done soon as a brand new entrance and new reception were just being finished as we left. Other than that, the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was enormous. Breakfast is a real highlight. It is fabulous. A great selection of different foods and incredible staff. The hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The hidden gem here is the Khmer food. We had to ask for another menu to get this food, which was delicious and the servings were large. Very large even when a medium rather than large was ordered. Bottom line: would we return? No hesitation: absolutely.

A hotel away from the hustle and noise approx 4k reil to centre by tut tuk. Nice staff , buffet breakfast plentiful. Rooms could do with update but fine. Pool pleasant but limited loungers. Massage was welcoming. The Angkor Wat tour arranged by hotel with guide & driver was very good. Be prepared to be asked to buy tours etc. Overall a nice stay. If you want a cultural night book Kinell Dinner. Delightful food & show. We booked directed.

We had a fantastic stay here and much of that was down to Kimsinh at reception who checked us in and looked after us throughout our 4 night stay. He was a font of local information that saved us time and effort while maximising our stay in Siem Reap. The room was very spacious, pool was great, massage perfect and food excellent (breakfast and dinner).
Would definitely recommend a stay here and you will be fortunate if you have Kimsinh looking after you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful for our entire visit. They assisted us with anything we needed, transfers, activities, etc. One of the staff even kept in close contact with our son through WhatsApp for our entire stay to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Everything is very clean, very comfortable beds, the pool is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of options. Very nice grocery store was close by along with a local laundry service that we used. A great location with many restaurants nearby. Tuk-tuks were always waiting right outside the hotel to take us anywhere in the city we wanted to go. We highly recommend the is hotel. Very reasonably priced. The service and facilities were well above the price that we paid

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The pool was very clean, perfect temperature, and surrounded by quiet green courtyard. The buffet breakfast offered a wide assortment of tasty food. The room was everything we needed for our stay. Our shower drain didn't work too well, but that was just a minor issue. Would recommend this hotel!

this hotel is clean and its staffs are so nice. VIP coupons are easy to use and you can get a special experience in diner and massage.
However, an air conditioner has broken up in my room. although the hotel sraff came and repaired it, it was wrong again.
the hotel site is almost center of siem reap city. you can easly access its night markets or sightseeing sites.

It’s an older hotel but its conditions are good. Service is very friendly. There is a pool and fitness. Excellent option for the price. Walking to everything.

The service here was excellent. This is a great place to stay. Many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and always a tuk-tuk out front to take you wherever you want to go. The front desk staff was exceptionally skilled at problem solving. They all four helped me out so much! And always they are polite. Hotel had a great pool and spa. My room was huge and had a bathtub. I'd definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in many places in SiemReap but dollar for dollar this is the best value heads down. Ms. Lim and her team offer Clean amazing rooms with great services and a beautiful pool. We would not hesitate to go back.

My sister and I had a suite with twin beds. The beds were hard but very comfortable. Linen was top rate.
Bathroom was dark and living area bright. Nice.
The room was spacious and had table & chairs, 2 sitting chairs and a fabulous swing lounge.
Pool was big and very well maintained. Water was hot due to many days in the high 30s.
Breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods. Nice coffee machine too.
Hotel close to many of Siem Reap attractions - easy walking or tuk-tuk to markets and Pub Street. We found a fabulous local restaurant which became our go to with all Cambodian food- Try Me. Was a treasured find

Stayed in Cambodia for 5 days in a junior suite. What a beautiful hotel, and also beautiful people. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The food in the attached Meady restaurant is fabulous, and breakfast in the hotel is fantastic. If you want to stay that’s central to everything this is the place for you. The poolside is an oasis in the middle of a very busy street. Pub street and the night market is 10-15min walk. But no point walking in that heat when there’s tuktuks outside the door. If I had to make 1 suggestion to improve this hotel I’d say put more clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always happy to help. The pool area was a great place to relax and was always keep clean. A great breakfast to start the day. I would certainly stay there again and I feel happy to recommend it to everyone

Sarada at the front desk is a treasure! She and her team took care of everything we asked for and her recommendations for excursions and sights to see were perfect for us. The hotel is very clean in a good location, the bed comfortable, the pool area has just the right amount of shade and sun. And the breakfast is divine! Good value and a wonderful stay all the way around. THANK YOU!

We had an excellent stay, hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable. Big thanks to Kimchinh and Surraya for their welcome and helping us book tours. Breakfast was exceptional and had a lot of variety to choose from. Their spa and beauty salon were very amazing as well. Location was ideal too, within downtown district and only 0.5 miles away from the night market. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Our stay here was lovely. Very good location, lovely room with balcony, nice staff. Pool was beautiful, everything very clean. We did a fantastic 2 day GetYourGuide tour if Angkor Wat, had great dinners at the Haven and Mahob Redtaurants. Book your own stuff, it is much more expensive through the hotel.

The location is convenient. The staff are excellent. Comfortable, quiet room. Get a nice and relaxing massage from Linda on site. There are also readily available tuk tuk drivers to take you anywhere you want to go. I had a great time and staying at this hotel was a big part of the reason.

Great location with a friendly staff. The pool is wonderful and the spa was fantastic. Well worth the extra money compared to across the street. The breakfast is fantastic and so was the dinner. Very happy with our stay.

Excellent service despite an initial misunderstanding about the price (different currency) and room (1 bed for 3). Large spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant had two menus, one very expensive Khmer and one reasonable and we got caught out. Also there were a number of maintenance issues that affected our stay. Fortunately most of them were resolved very quickly.
