Had it not been for the water temperature of the bath/shower, my rating would be 5 stars. Check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the included drinks/dinner were generous. Could never get the shower hotter than luke warm.

Staff was very attentive. I was especially impressed by the lady that covered the morning breakfast. She went above and beyond to meet each guests needs. Even when the ask had nothing to do with the her area of coverage.

Wonderful hotel.. amazing service started with the lady checking us in. Very sweet and even remembered my name later when I purchased from the little closet of goodies.. BONUS that we had no clue.. they have FREE DINNER AND ADULT BEVERAGES FREE TOO.. the bar tender made the best cherry sour vodka.. Next time we come through we will stay again and already referred to others.. and free breakfast..!!

This is my favorite place to stay. It feels very safe with a large parking lot with lots of lighting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants next door but they offer a superb breakfast and afternoon meal. The mall and lots of fast food choices are just across the interstate. I stay here 6-7 times a year.

I absolutely loved the staff!!! Kathy and Maddie made you feel so comfortable!! Kathy made sure to go above and beyond while i was there. That night she was smiling and amazing and then the morning shift she was going just as hard! Way to go for an amazing team!!! My daughter and I will be back ❤️

Ive stayed here numerous times and it never disappoints, great service, very nice, clean comfortable property with easy access, good parking, and very good dining options nearby. All this in an affordable package. I highly recommend this property.

One of the main reasons I am loyal to Drury is the consistency. This is due to the fact they don't franchise their name out. However, the pet fee was higher than what all of the other locations I stay at for some unknown reason. I hate surprises especially at check in.
Otherwise, everything else matched what I expect from Drury.

We always stay here on our trips to New Mexico, Colorado & beyond. We enjoy the nice complimentary breakfast & the “5:30 Kickback” with happy hour drinks. We’re not too happy with all the dogs that are allowed to stay here though! Perhaps they should consider calling it the Drury Doggie Inn & Suites!

Stayed for an overnight. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The late afternoon food was very good and so was the wine. Breakfast was also very good. We would stay there again.

Hotel was in excellent shape, inside and out. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk personnel were excellent. However the best part was a staff member at the buffet who went out of his way to assist us with a special dietary need. We will definitely be sure to use this property when traveling.

This was my 2nd stay this month and it was as good as the last one. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff was super nice and friendly. As a female traveler, I felt very safe here. There are no flies at the hotel, which was totally impressive! Everywhere else I have stayed in Amarillo has been over run by flies.

I was traveling solo from Boulder, CO to Dallas, TX with my cat and U-Haul trailer. This hotel was hands down the best pet friendly hotel I have stayed at in all the years I’ve been traveling with my animals. The hotel was clean and everyone was super friendly. As a female traveling by myself and everything I own in a uhaul, I felt very safe at this location. Also, it didn’t have a fly issue, which I have found to be a problem at other hotels in the area.

Check in staff was brilliant and we were upgraded to a suite, got a free dinner and three free (alcoholic) drinks which we did not expect at all!
The suite was very spacious, clean and quiet and breakfast was fantastic, too.
Again, the staff at breakfast was very happy and it was clear that they liked working there!
Would definitely stay there again - even without the free meal and drinks :-)

Check in was great, room was nice and clean. Lots of great restaurants walking distance. Hotel offered a small dinner, was good but too many ppl and food was not coming out fast enough. Small bar with 1 bartender and she was amazing. Definitely a great hotel.
