The location was perfect for night life activities, and if you were in the hotel room, you could not hear any music or loud noises coming form the street. The hotel took extra safety precautions as well.

The breakfast service was terrible and the food although well written menu descriptions is just microwaved eggs etc. Not even near fresh. We spent almost an hour from sitting to getting served our D- food. Other options available but the front desk gave the recommendation to have breakfast there. We will probably stay at the hotel but would not eat on premises again

The room size was amazing!

The attached bistro was expensive, and the girl working it was impatient and rude. We just went over 600 miles on the motorcycle and were hungry and cold. She didn't make the situation better.

The location is good, several restaurant options within walking distance.

Previously undisclosed parking fee of $12 per night. Hot water took forever and many many gallons of wasted water to reach our 3rd floor room. Can't imagine how bad this is on higher floors. No bathroom amenities like lotion by the sink although there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Useful once the water was finally hot enough to use it.

Jami "with an i" checked me in and got me oriented. She was happy to see me, sent me to a great Italian restaurant, and made sure I knew to be off the street by the time the crowd hit a neighborhood club having 18 and up night. After a long day and a road trip, it was so pleasant to be greeted by someone who actually cares. When I got back from dinner with my dessert, Jami made sure I had a carton of milk to go with it. Because of her, the Courtyard by Marriott will be the place I'm staying on my next trip to Amarilllo. Pass on to management that this lady deserves a raise!

This is a comment, not a criticism. The hotel is in a converted office building, so the rooms are a little bit wonky. I had to squeeze in to get over the sink to brush my teeth.

Clean and comfortable. Connected garage with easy access.

We had a room at very high floor, but somehow still could hear the noise from the street. Not good value for money.

I didn’t stay at the property. the first room they sent us on the second floor was smelling mold and a strong carpenter chemicals. we asked for another room. they sent us to the room in the seventh floor that was in the same conditions. my daughter and I were having bad allergies symptoms. we were tired after 7 hours on the road and asked to cancel our stay so we could go to a different hotel. They made us stay at the lobby while they were checking the rooms and returned saying they would not cancel / refund us. We ended up leaving the hotel since my daughter and I were unable to stay due to health issues.
