Convenient hotel for a couple nights. Close to Robinson mall and walking distance to the US embassy. Rooms are a little dated and no cable TV in the rooms. The TV is connected to hotel wifi. The hotel breakfast is good with a good verity of food. The staff in the restaurant are very good and attentive getting coffee and bringing egg orders to guest. Overall its a good hotel for short stays.

Got a free upgrade which was much appreciated, only complaint that i have would be the shower water; its either cold or scorching hot nothing in between, food was good; beds were comfortable

It was a bit hassle during check-in coz the front desk has to ask all the id’s of all the people who will check in and has to sign one by one and it took time coz i took 3rooms. We just came from a very long trip, my parents that are seniors were dizzy and needs to rest but they have to wait.
The housekeeping staff were nice and also the servers during breakfast were nice, friendly and helpful.

Room had a bad smell. It wasn't as clean as some other hotels which I have stayed in while traveling in Manila. The water inside the Hotel was completely turned off for a couple of hours on our day of check out, so we weren't able to take a shower when we needed to. We had to argue with management to receive a 1 hour late check out in order to have enough time for the water to be turned back on. Fortunately, we did finally get to shower prior to leaving for the airport. The thing we did like was the close proximity to the U.S. Embassy and St. Luke's Medical center (short 5 minute walk).

Free included breakfast buffet was amazing and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff was friendly and very helpful and always open the doors for us. I love this place.

Check in supposed to be at 2. But they told me to wait on the side for an hour before my room was ready. The first night there the A/C started to make big noises about 1am. So I didn’t sleep well. I also used there safe in the room when I got there for my valuable’s. Not only I had a rough night with the air conditioning but the safe wouldn’t work the next day. Had to call someone to open it. They said the batteries died. It was just one thing after another
