Room service took upon themselves to enter room the first day and took towels and not change the linen on bed and next day she decide to enter with out knocking to see if anyone was in the room was not happy

We make about six trips to Tampa a year due to soccer tournaments. This will be a hotel we will never go back to. One of the dirtiest hotels we have had in a very long time. There was mildew in the bathroom which here in Florida is common but more than normal. There were stains all of the floor and the sheets had black stains on them. We also woke up to a few new cockroach friends in the room with us.

My stay was terrible. The room to include the bed has bugs. The hallways wreaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Asked for two blankets and receive two fitted sheets instead. No managers on duty to aid in resolving these issues. Did not get any sleep, due to the bugs.

Please let me start by saying I realize Tampa was recovering from Hurricane Milton however the room was absolutely unexceptable.
When we checked in, the front desk didn’t say a word about the TERRIBLE condition of the room.
Upon entering the room, the smell was so bad, unbearable. The room had clearly flooded. The floors were soggy.
Upon entering room, there was a large industrial fan running.
My girlfriend and I didn’t sleep for even a minute.
I realize it was tough situation but the room should NOT have been sold. Even worse when checking in there was no mention of smell or industrial fan running in the room with no way for us to turn it off.
Please make this right by refunding me in full

It was ok, everything is pricier now a days but it could be a bit cheaper for the type of hotel. The bed is not as comfortable and the pillows sorry to say suck. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced "ouch" if you sleep on it. The pool could use an umbrella or 2. The lady that worked 10/4 & 5 was great!

Check in was easy and attendant was pleasant. Too many channels on cable and guide doesn’t match channels. Annoying. Breakfast was not very good. Staff was pleasant and hotel was mostly clean.

The room has a horrible stinch of mildew and smoke. The bed has a sink in the middle so deep that when we came to the middle to cuddle we sunk as if it was a hole in the middle of the bed.the toilet qas backed up all night. The hotel has no night maintenance. Discussed. Moved to another hotel.

Horrible horrible place to stay at. Do not believe the pictures posted online. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I usually read reviews before booking but we arrived late and just needed a place to spend the night. There was a smell to the room right when you walk in. It smelled so bad we left right away. The bath tub was really nasty looking. Everything is outdated and old.

Great stay for a quick visit to the Brandon/Tampa area.

The breakfast was taken down way too early and was not kept clean.
Also, at one point the water was shut off completely. I walked down to front desk regarding no running water and the woman at front desk had a serious attitude and just blamed maintenance. The water did come back on shortly afterwards.. I would not reccommend this property and will not stay here again.

Just not an enjoyable stay… looks cheap and rundown… bedding cheap.. mildew smell…. Great location… look like they need major renovations to make the place feel special… that hotel is worth $49 a night in my opinion

The room I was in, 418, had a very musty smell. I thought it was because the room seemed like it hadn't been used for a while and I thought the smell would get better after cooling it down with the A/C but that didn't help at all.
