Excellent comfort, room was very clean and up to date. Parking easy!

Plus: Nice area and comf beds. Minus: we came 20 min before check in and we had to wait or pay extra to check in. Mini pool. Breakfast was great with fresh berries, fruits and salsa but big disappointment since those who ate also filled their take away boxes and the staff did not refill at 8am. Arrogant receptionist.

Nice quiet location, but very lose to downtown Los Gatos. Small but nice pool area. The suite I rented was very roomy although furniture/carpet a bit dated

The Inn at Los Gatos is a nice moderately priced hotel. Our room was basic but had what we needed to be comfortable. The bed was firm but comfortable. We had plenty of room for our things and the room was clean. The only bothersome things were the squeaky toilet seat and air conditioner’s fan speed. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a variety of options both cold and hot. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Staff were very helpful and friendly from the front desk, cooks and cleanung staff. Had a very pleasant stay. Had a late check in at midnight, front desk staff was alert and helpful.

The staff at Best Western The Inn of Los Gatos are all wonderful. A special call out to Perla at the front desk and Marta who looked after breakfast. Perla had a "can do" attitude and was always ready to help ensure our stay was perfect. And Marta made sure all the guests started their days with a fabulous breakfast. Her guacamole was scrumptious!
The hotel is ideally located. It's in a quiet area yet very close to the highway and walking distance to fantastic dining options (ASA, Dar, etc.) Shopping is nearby too, with Old Town a short walk away.
The hotel is super clean. Rooms are a bit small but have everything you need.
It's the staff that really make the hotel exceptional; they are amazing!

We needed a place close to the Mountain Winery for overnight.This place is very nice and would recommend
it to others! Breakfast was good with several options. Just could use a few more tables. 3 or 4 isn't enough if the hotel is well booked, only complaint! Very clean!

This motel serves it’s purpose if you need to be in Los Gatos. But the gym is very limited, the room is small and outdated, the pool is really small too! I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are only staying one or max two nights.

My husband and I checked in this month of July in the afternoon.
I requested an additional blanket for the room. The desk man told me no! What was that all about? I’m an older women with medical issues. I was pretty stunned and did not fuss. He told me they didn’t have any!

This is a quaint vintage property. Our room was near the laundry and when housekeeping was active, our water pressure would drop to near zero for a few minutes. The hot breakfast was typical and good, but the dining area is not large enough and some guests reverted to sitting in lobby chairs or in the hotel's break room.

I got only 1 hour of sleep, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable . The fan was loud and the guests upstairs. Will not be returning to this hotel for sure.
