The staff was great. The free breakfast was great. The man taking care of the breakfast area was so friendly and the variety was excellent. However, the carpet in front of the elevator on the second floor was badly stained. Our room carpets were also stained. No liners in the trash cans and at times the smell of marijuana in the hall was horrible. Also the top on the toilet tank did not fit properly. The cost for two nights was a little high.

Our stay was adequate. Initially we were put in a room next to a generator that made a lot of noise. We asked to be moved and they accommodated us. The new room was fine except that there was no body wash in the shower container.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the location of the grab bar in the shower. It was under the shower head and the toilet was very close to the tub on that side, making it awkward to get in and out. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Hotel is dated. Needs an update for electronics. No service (which they did tell us at check-in).

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and appointed with a sectional sofa and a wet bar which was a nice surprise. The complimentary breakfast offered both hot and cold options. I’d recommend.

Stay was good and breakfast was good. Staff were great, one of the staff members bought us a snack for my wifes diabetes. Was super amazing of her. However the hotels a/c seemed to not be working as the whole hotel was hot and muggy. Minus the rooms ac worked pretty decent but took a while to cool and was loud so sleep was rough..bed was okay id give the bed a 3 star as the pillows were either too big or too little/flat.. couldnt get comfy honestly.

My stay was nice but I made arrangements to be in Pittsburgh on Saturday morning I had a family death my nephew. This was our first time flying and it was canceled. We were at the airport waiting to be bored and Saturday. It canceled due to. We’re thinking short staff so I hope you look into this for us and help us we ended up getting there Sunday morning also at the hotel they asked for a credit card just in case we buy things but I never use my credit card. I purchased something cash and I see a dollar and then I see $40 charge on my credit card so I would appreciate it if someone can help me with this , this was a very hard trip for me my very time getting on an airplane hard experience for our family that happened when they canceled the flights suddenly it just didn’t make sense because it was like the weather was beautiful. Had nothing to do with the hurricane Debbie not Saturday sorry. Out to me you have my email and you have my number thank you

We were lit in a room that was wheelchair accessible although it wasn’t our request. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The rooms are a bit dated.

The individual that prepared / managed the breakfast on Friday, 6/14 was such a joy to converse with . . . I wished I had asked her name. A family member in our party shared a funny comment with her and she ran with it. Very polite and responsive, as well. Many thanks for laughing with us!

It was good and they let me in early since I got intown early. It was a long walk down my hall to room because I had a recent hip replacement and the coffee maker in room didn't work, so I left a note. I wish prices weren't so high on rooms since traveling and gas prices high also, it makes it hard to visit family.

I LOVE this hotel. We stay here every time we come into town for business. Staff is always amazing. Eric went above and beyond during this trip to put the customer in customer service. Clean room, clean hallways, and great staff.

We were promised a breakfast buffet. They were out of water, orange juice, waffles, bacon and even spoons.
There was no attendant the 20-25 minutes we were down there. I asked the front desk lady for help at least getting a spoon to eat our cereal since that was all the food available. She told me to search for the attendant while she stood and talked to the housekeeping staff.
Very disappointed in the service and buffet.

Lousey lighting in room. Sitting room so dark you need flashlight to see. You must walk halfway through pitch black suite to find a light. Bedroom lights are so bright you need sunglasses. Even dimmed to lowest setting twice as bright as sitting room with all lights on. Very disappointing. Clean and the beds are ok.

The property was convenient to food, shopping and to the destination we were going to. The staff were very friendly and it was an extra bonus to have the free morning breakfast.

The girl at the front desk in the evenings of our stay was above and beyond and so helpful and accommodating. The only negative thing was that we needed to use the pull out sofa and the springs were almost through…it would have been perfect other than having to use the pull out sofa.

The room was beautiful. Everything was so neat and clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable though. Also, I think the breakfast should be served a bit later. Since i had trouble sleeping i had to sleep in later in the morning so i missed out on breakfast. Total bummer.
