The bathroom was very dirty. I have never been to a hotel that u had to pay extra for breakfast! I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and never have we paid for breakfast at the hotels! They breakfast eas very very slim also! Like the smallest breakfast i have ever seen. Never staying there again. The people working are very nice and helpful. They are wonderful but the hotel itself sucks!

Very dirty. The water was all foggy and discolored. We didnt trust it at all and didnt shower there and we used bottled water to brush our teeth. Also avoided the breakfast because its that gross water that is cooked with.
There was a random pill on the middle of the floor under the bed. The couch probably was great 40 years ago, now it just looks sad. The matress for the pull out couch was stained almost totally brown and had what looked like large spots of old blood. All around the vent in the ceiling was soiled with what looked like smoke.

We booked this hotel and received a double charge on TWO different credit cards. One that we booked with and one that was given at the front desk upon arrival. We were told to contact the property TODAY and we have called over 10 times and NO response.

I called the hotel directly prior to making the reservation to ask if connecting rooms were available since I was traveling alone with 4 children. I was assure there were, and that once I made the reservation call back and they would make sure the rooms were linked (this is the whole reason this hotel was chosen). Once I arrived we were given rooms on different floors and told that they don’t have any connecting rooms in the building. So I and 5 children had to sleep in 1 room while I paid for 2. There was no refund, no sorry, nothing. Also once inside the room I could see there was a door to the next conjoining room so I basically got had on this stay.

We normally read reviews before booking and I read a lot of positive reviews and booked a room. We also read negative reviews about this motel on another site so we didn’t know what to believe. So we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and found the reception area and grounds were clean, the receptionist Ms Dee was awesome, the elevators worked fine, our room was clean and neat, AND someone took the time to turn the A/C on cold so that after traveling 6 hrs in the south, it was NICE to walk into a well refrigerated room!! And to top off everything else, the breakfast was a so so great. We highly recommend this motel.

There was a bug in the tub when i arrived. I booked a king bed room but none were avaiable. No discount despite not having the room i ordered. Way over priced and no free breakfast. Very dissapointing, will not stay at this location again.

My rooms floor had not been vacuumed and it was dirty. The floor I stayed on had water damage and room was musky. It had been raining all week. The employees were very nice.

Although the customer service was excellent, the room itself was very unsatisfactory. It seemed that the hotel cared more about what it looked like and felt like when you walked in the lobby (nice new convenience store), rather than the actual room where we would stay. The room was very outdated, to the point where the shower looked to have rust in it and the water seemed to always look like there was urine in it (maybe water purity issues due to construction).
There were very few luggage carts, and the elevators (both) seemed to be old and not maintained like they should (shook most of the time).

Only thing I can say good about my stay is that the staff were extremely friendly. The room smelled. The water in the tub took an hour to drain. The water was brown and left dirt in the bottom of the tub. If I were Hilton I would be ashamed to have my name associated with this proberty

The room looked like it had not been updated in years, furniture had dips from people sitting in the chair and on the ottoman, the entire 5th floor smelled stale and the worst part was the water was brown. The towels were yellow from what I assume was washing them in the brown water. This was just one night stay for my family and I as we passed through but a hotel 1 mile from them that we stayed at the week before had clean, clear water.

Thiabplace was SO nasty!!! I was shocked a Hilton hotel could be so unprofessionally ran. The staff was lazy. They knew absonotjing and werent able to answer any questions. Breakfast is NOT free. You have to pay 15 dollars to eat. The doors toenter yoir room get jammed sometimes it took forever just to get in my room. Go to the Hampton Inn across the street. Manager never called me after i left my number.

Checked in after a long day of traveling. Lug my luggage up to the 4th floor only to find out the key didn't work. Lug everything back downstairs and get new keys. Trudge back upstairs, key works, but the room has not been cleaned - bed was unmade, towels on the bathroom floor, etc. Once again, I haul everything back downstairs and get a new room. Third attempt worked like a charm - room was nice, quiet, and comfortable.
Only thing is that the staff never once apologized for any inconvenience; not even an acknowledgement. A simple, "I'm sorry, sir..." would have been nice.

The hotel had a beautiful front room. Once you go down the halls and get on elevator everything changes the carpet is all stained up and the rooms was nasty the refrigerator never got cold and the coffee maker did not work. The price a night was $200.00 and would not recommend staying there.

I loved the excellent customer service from check in, to dining experience, to the housekeeper that served us. The atmosphere was hands down the best overall. However the bedroom and bathroom was lacking the same quality. They both were very outdated. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the room, decor and bathroom. Especially for the price that we paid.

Would not recommend this hotel. Room was filthy! Huge rust spot in tub, mold on ceiling, dirty pillowcase, wallpaper was peeling, carpet had not been properly vacuumed! Definitely will not be staying here again!

Check in was fast, but got no info about the hotel. Did not mention check out or restaurant available (we did know when we booked). Pretty much gave the key and pointed out the elevators.
The room was dated. Looked like blood stains on the bedding, rust spots on the door frame, ripped shower curtain, worn furniture. While the lobby areas looked perfect the room was disappointing. Just stayed at a Hilton garden Inn in Dallas and the difference was night and day.

So when you walk in the lobby it was extremely nice. But when you actually get to your floor the hallways were extremely dingy. Pretty sure we didn’t have fresh towels as they weren’t folded but just thrown back up on the shelf. In the hallway there was condensation forming on the vent. Very weird smell as well.
The roads around the hotel are horrible. I will prob need to get an alignment after going down those roads.
I was definitely disappointed in this place.

On our first night at the hotel our room was very warm and the air conditioner would not work. The next day I called and the very nice maintenance guy was there within 30 minutes.
He had to replace a part & he completed it right away.

I travel a lot. So I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels by interstates and can put up with a lot. But this one is BAD. Stained carpet. Worn out wood furniture. Non-working elevator. Door handle to room didn’t work properly. Light bulbs(yes more than one) burned out in room. Dust so thick you could write your name with finger. Razor trash from previous guests in shower. But the most concerning was the water. Brown water in toilet. Brown water to bathe in, I know it was brown because shower didn’t drain either. Shower curtain brown from where water had hit it. Towels brown from being washed in it. And honestly I might have accepted it all for $150 or so a night, but at almost $400, completely unacceptable. And no. I didn’t bring to anyone’s attention. The folks working the desk and lobby were very nice and polite, and what could they really have done? The location of hotel was great and as I said, staff was professional and kind. But rest of it was pretty bad.

I liked that the area was quiet and around restaurants. I didn't like that the property didn't have complementary breakfast, elevator was broken, property was not updated and booked two rooms at same time thinking they would be next to each other or adjoining and it was neither

The room was was good room for the most.. The only issues i had was the wet moisture smell like the room hadnt been used and the ac had been running the whole time.. Another issue was how bed was made up and the conditions of the pillows.. The tub need to be replaced not patched..overally it was comfortable
checkin was smooth and lady was very nice and helpful...Also i cant blame thw hotel on watee condition.. It was brown.. And no hand soap... I still enjoyed the room amd stay..The complimentary breakfast was great.. Fresh fruits..Real scrambled eggs and not that liquid stuff.. Even the orange juice was fresh and not watered down..
