I saw fleas on my pillow

Went downstairs for breakfast Sunday morning. There was no orange juice, only 2 of 3 cereal selections available, no plates (more were brought out as soon as this was mentioned), and no spoons. Another guest asked the breakfast worker about the missing spoons and he replied that they ran out of spoons on Thursday and he informed management. How hard is it to send someone to Walmart and get a couple of packs of plastic spoons? Absolutely unacceptable!

Bed was broke door wood not lock did no door was not locking tell 2 days so my stuff in my room and my child was u safe in room unlocked. Bed was frame was broke and manger never came to talk to us I need full refund not ok

The room was comfortable. However, the microwave’s door had to be pushed shut again at the top of door to make it work. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work.. but did on the AC unit, the telephone didn’t work and there was so much “clunking” from the floor above us.. had to move to another room in order to sleep.

Nice, newer hotel. Comfortable, well designed and appointed room if a bit on the small side. Good location though somewhat off the beaten path. Once we got our location bearings though, getting around was quite easy. Everything was clean and fresh.

The toilet was stopped up. The water in the shower was light brown. Our room was stuffy. Would not stay here again.

It was a sold out weekend and they were just unorganized. Rooms weren’t clean/ready by check-in time so we had to get ready in the lobby for an event we had to be at. We had to take our luggage back out to the car and try to check back in after the event at 10:30 at night. When we got back, they tried to put us in a more expensive room that we did not book originally. when we got to our room, the toilet didn’t work but they didn’t have any rooms to move us to so I ended up fixing the toilet myself. The staff wasn’t bad and I know they were overwhelmed due to them being completely booked and so many issues happening. They just were not prepared and it just made our trip a little more stressful.

Did not know that the water in the city came from a well and was brown. That's probably something to let guests know ahead of time instead of surprising them with a brochure once you question it at the hotel. Did not receive clean towels after placing towels outside and housekeeping picked up. After requesting towels from front desk because non were in my room anymore had to use blue pool towels because access to regular linens the front desk did not have.

It was easy access from the highway. We arrived late and called a couple of times to let them know we would be arriving late. It took almost 30 minutes to get us a room because she wasn’t sure what rooms were available. Other than that the stay was a good overnight stay.

The property looked new, clean and fresh. The rooms were a good size, and the bathrooms were lovely too. The breakfast had good variety of choices, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Liked the breakfast bar. I liked Sarah at the desk and her brother that was in charge of the breakfast bar. Very pleasant and outgoing.

Perfect place to stop for the night and cut our roadtrip to Florida in half. It’s conveniently located by a handful of restaurants, clean and had a nice breakfast. We will definitely stay again next time we pass through!

The hotel was very clean but the water had a light brownish color to it. I ran the water for a while and still had the color. We used bottle water. Sara the receptionist was EXCELLENT!! I noticed her when I was sitting in the dining area eating breakfast. She spoke to everyone that walked in/out the door. She walked around the dining area and spoke to everyone eating and asked if they needed anything and if everything was good. She has TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My stay was a quick one. I got there late, they changed my room from the original booking. However, It was spacious and clean and the bed was AMAZING!

One of the gate doors to the pool was broken, no pool towels available at the pool, and not enough towels in the room for guests.

very nice hotel, easy parking, clean grounds, guy at check-in very kind, lobby clean and welcoming. we ended up staying a second night thus had two different rooms. this hotel is obviously pretty new but each room had a few problems. we did let them know at each check out and do hope repairs were done. truly would be sad to see this nice hotel slip.

The bed felt like you were going to slide off. The pillows were horrible I dragged butt all day long. Worst night sleep since my moms house last weekend. Breakfast was good. Now i booked 5 nights starting sunday at Another location. Ill tell you how that goes later

The room was nothing luxurious but clean. Refrigerator didnt work. No housekeeping service. I had to ask for clean towels Breakfast was ok.

Overall it was good, but I do recommend some new pillows. The pillows are very flat, was uncomfortable sleep.

I spent three days at Fairfield Inn & Suites in West Monroe, Louisiana. The room was clean and comfortable. I had to extend my stay and had no problem making the change. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and well stocked.

I really love the customer service and the place is so clean and in a nice area.

The property was clean, however small inconveniences where prevalent. Fire Pit in outdoor seating are was in disrepair. Fridge in room did not work - was completely iced over and was no longer cooling. Room not ready at check-in time. However, good location for a horse show at the convention center and quick access to many restaurants. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Locks on the outside of the building were broken, could not get back in with key card. Was told by staff that they were aware of it and the batteries would be replaced the next day. There were beer cans left in the trash from an earlier guest. There were a pair of socks in the bedsheets from an earlier guest. The water was brown (was told it was a city issue). The stopper in the bottom of the shower/tub would not stay open to let the shower water drain. Overall, just a very poor stay and no attention paid to maintenance.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot to be honest when I saw how great the prices were but let me tell you I really felt like it was super bougie and I loved it it was so close to the expo center which is where we had to go for a show but I mean the staff was amazing the breakfast was out of this world phenomenal and the goose feathered pillows were so comfy every bit of this stay was amazing
