Loved so much here,- bed, foam roll, shower, location, room phones, traditional coat hangers to dry clothes, space to unpack, big window that opened, easy TV to find news in English. The front desk staff went to great lengths to help always.
Huge issue was no temperature control. It was still 80F degrees everyday. They'd turned off the air conditioning for the entire building for the season.They did provide a fan. I needed to keep the window open all nite which meant no sound proofing. They advertise having air conditioning and heating, but may not depending on the time of year. Each room should have temperature control for truth in advertising.

I chose the hotel for proximity to a conference location, it was a very nice stay and excellent staff and facilites

It all started wrong as I have reserved the room with breakfast through the hotels.com app, but when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that breakfast was not included. After chatting with Kathrine from Hotels.com app it was just confirmed to me that this is the hotel policy. Strangely though when I asked whether I did choose breakfast option I did not get an answer. Just got that this is the hotel’s policy.
Further to that my room had an issue in the bathroom where the ceiling was dripping water, after the technician came to see, he informed me that the next day we were going to change room. The hotel never informed us, we were in the room until 11am, no one called or visited. We went out in the city and when we came back our key was disabled because “you were changed room why did you not come to reception?”
Overall it is unfortunate on how hotels.com handled my reservation.

The hotel is average. The frustrating part was being there for two nights - two rooms - one room was fine but the other one had a broken AC the whole time we were there. Tried calling to have it fixed - had someone come see it twice. The very last time it turned off completely and we slept in complete heat. Hotel just said sorry about it and nothing else. No option to switch rooms - nothing. Wouldn’t recommend coming back!

Quiet and comfortable. Perfect for family of 4 traveling through. Only spent one night here. Not quite walkeable to old city, but easy enough to get around.

Really nice hotel with clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Nice cafe near lobby. The immediate surrounding area is rather quiet and a bit empty with few shops or restaurants. There are some nice cafes, but most of the city life is about a 15 minute walk away. Not too far. Botanical Garden and King Tomislav Square are a 15 - 20 minute walk. Jelačić Square is about a 25-30 minute walk.

Good location, close to the center. Very nice room and hotel. Breakfast is great and Snejana is the best!! She tries and succeeds to make everyone super happy in the breakfast, and she is always with a smile :-)

The room was very spacious. Air conditioner was turbo:) TV channels numerous. They allowed us to leave our luggage until our flight even if checked out.

The front desk staff and servers in lounge/breakfast room were efficient, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet very generous. Quality of food in the bar/ lounge was great and pricing reasonable. Good value.

Stayed only for one night on a much-too-short visit to Zagreb.I found the hotel to be excellent. Reception staff very helpful. Room was spacious and clean, and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, modern and large. The location is good. Just a few minutes on the No.13 tram and you're right in the centre, or alternatively, an interesting 20 minute walk.
All at a great price. Definitely recommended. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Called the front desk about the air conditioning. The maintenance man told me that it takes time to cool down the room. He also told me to open up the window. The room never cooled down under 26.5 c. We had to open the window just to get a cool breeze. But then we heard the traffic. Just a horrible experience but we didn’t have time to look for something else.
