Great location. Typical Marriott standards. But...and it's a BIG BUT... The policy of charging 150bht on top of the 349bht for buying breakfast on the day is scandalous. Also, holding 1,000bht per night (7,000bht per week) on a credit card for upto 2 weeks after check-out is proposterous - especially if on a tight credit limit!

Great location. Walkable to the old town, shops and restaurants. Staff are really kind and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is amazing!!!

Nice hotel, but other options are better value for money. Very late check-in despite plenty of free rooms and promise of early check-out. Very loud music in all common areas, could preferably be toned down. Good breakfast buffe, but could cut down on meat.

Walking distance to Old Phuket Town if you can handle the heat! The area was somewhat safe besides one homeless man who seemed a little dangerous to walk past to get to Old Town. Hint, he stayed inside an abandoned building and typically minded his own business until he wandered onto the sidewalk occasionally. The staff at the counter were a bit confusing when explaining a 2,000 baht deposit that had to be paid up front, so just be prepared. We got the 2,000 baht back once we checked out. The hotel smelled so good. The staff working the door were so kind and helpful. They held our bags when we arrived from the airport. Check-in wasn’t until 1-3PM, but we were able to check in a little early due to availability. The rooms were cold and clean with an amazing view of the ocean and the city. Bolt & Grab were extremely easy to use in Phuket compared to Bangkok. Overall, a great stay and absolutely worth the price. The only issue we faced was very loud construction and housekeeping. It was repetitive sounds all day and almost all night. It did make it a bit difficult to stay asleep unless your TV volume was high.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Phuket, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I checked in until the end of my stay, everything was immaculate. The rooms were cleaned daily, offering a consistently comfortable environment. The view from my room was absolutely impeccable. The pool area was well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and the gym was fantastic for those looking to stay active. I can't say enough positive things about my stay—great memories were made!

Distance from airport and beach.

Stayed a night when coming in town to Phuket. Nice comfortable bed and room. The staff decorated the room for our anniversary which was lovely.
