Clean Hotel close to a nice park. Even i had only a terrible cup of coffee, they tried to charge me for two breakfasts, while i was together with coleagues for breakfast. Very disappointing. Also no help to come to the hotel from the airport in the middle of the night.

Everything was great from check in to check out. Very accommodating hotel and friendly staff!

Excellent location. A short taxi ride to the city center or a nice walk down the cascade to get to most things. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You can do covid testing on site for a very reasonable price which made it a lot less stressful when it was time to leave.

Fabulous experiences. The room service was phenomenal accommodating my random hours and providing a delicious meal, the rooftop dining was exquisite and I consumed literally the best steak I have ever eaten in my entire life with a view of the city that was breath taking with a lovely mood and environment and I also had the most wonderful service dining at your sushi restaurant and the hotel desk serves was extremely professional and helpful.

The hotel is stylish, comfortable and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will certain go there again. The hotel itself, has it all. The decision is then all about the location and I think that this is just about the best location in the city. The location is excellent and other key locations in the city are very accessible by a short inexpensive taxi journey. It is near Victory Park with the Victory Monument and the Mother Armenia statue. The park also contains a quaint fairground of a Soviet flavour. This gives excellent views over the city and you can then walk down the cascades to the centre of town, directly to the Modern Art Museum and beyond. If you want shopping and the beauty of Republic Square, within a three minute walk, then you do not have that. You can easily jump in a taxi for that. What you do get is a beautiful green place with stylish avenues and spectacular views of the city. As an expat living in Armenia for eighteen months, at first I wanted a hotel very close to the beauty and hustle and bustle of Republic Square. Now I want some greenery and beautiful views. This is the latter, but Yerevan is a relatively small an accessible city - everything is an easy taxi ride away.
