A very nice but older property. Many stairs if your room is on the first floor. View is great but the beach area is ok.

The property had an amazing view of the islands in the Andaman Sea from the balconies. Sunrise was spectacular each morning. The pool was pristine and the breakfast buffet amazing. There were so many options to try and it was completely different the two days we stayed. It was peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely come back.

I love our experience at this hotel, yes the hotel could use some new renovation, but at this price and given the excellent sea view, I'm very satisfied with the experience. My family stayed here for 5 nights.

We reel like the hotel has to few staff that are not paid enough. Breakfast was not good, the beach is non existentent, so for anybody wanting to spend time on a beach, this is definitely not for you. Very isolated so if you want ro eat elsewhere you will need to take a taxi or rent a bike. Pool area is lovely but the rest of the resort is very tired and in need of some serious maintenance, with what are supposed to be pools at some of the villas full of dirty water and a bredding spot for mosquities which they have a SERIOUS problem with.

Well, it is a mix of feelings. Setting of hotel, views and pool nice. But service is very low standard, chaos in breakfast restaurant, little offer, here I would say more like a 2* hotel, property needs investment in refurbishment, maintenance and staff. Definitely also a staff overhaul at restaurant. The other thing is that in the zone, there are no services and if you want to go out for dinner, you must drive 15 minutes and if you have not rented a motorbike or car, you pay a lot for taxi. Without own transportation do not recommend to stay here.

Only stopped the one night, as we was moving on to one of the islands. The staff was friendly and a nice pool, shame I didn’t have time to enjoy it.

Beautiful spot but place slightly run down - lovely staff and it served its purpose for somewhere to put our head after a long flight.

We were there for one night on a stop over to another destination. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and watched a stunning sunrise in the morning. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a very good meal. We were sorry we did not have a chance to use the beautiful pool.

Beautiful area. Pool was amazing. Room was dated and not very clean. Only one outlet in main room, one in bathroom. Restaurant was atrocious. The restaurant manager and the head waiter need to be fired. Confusion and cold food. One night I had an appetizer and a drink delivered after the meal was over. Because of the location there are no outside options. Also, no elevators. And the walking score is 0 for this property, as its on the side of a mountain with narrow, blind-curve roads. Great sunset and sunrise views from the room, though.

We spent 4 nights here and we’re both impressed and disappointed. First the location (secluded), the rooms and the private beach were really nice. Unfortunately the staff barely spoke English, had to be asked a dozen times for simple things, when problems were clearly identified there was no visible effort to improve the situation. This led to us feeling frustrated with the staff and situations. For example having to walk to the next 7/11 (about 1,5h there and back) because neither did the staff refill the resort own shop when things ran out but also the “free shuttle” was not available a single time while we were there. Another example was that we were told to book massages about 2h before we would like them but when we came the next day to book we were told that the next available spot is a week from now. The same situation happens over different activities, while we were told it was because the resort was fully booked but both, us and other guest we spoke to confirmed that most villas and rooms next to them were empty and the staff just seemed badly trained. The resort restaurant took about 20-30min before even bringing the Menu (and then forgetting the drink menu), when you ask for it the staff has a hard time understanding and takes a long time to respond. Overall we were able to enjoy our stay but only thanks to ourself and not the miserable service of the resort! If this would be changed this resort could become one of our favorites. Best T. & V.

Beautiful place. The view is fantastic from the room. Food was delicious. Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Its a good place to relax. The place is a bit far for food/grocery order apps. Might not be ideal for people who prefer convenience/walking distance to stores etc

Supalai Scenic Bay Resort and Spa is exactly what his name says a very nice scenic pot. It's also a prefect hotel to spend a night waiting for the ferry to Koh Yao Noi.The breakfast itself is rather basic but you are pleasantly welcomed and the view is really nice.We got a special discount for the night and at for that price, around 40 US$, we had nothing to complain about.

I loved the staff, the views, and the quiet of the neighborhood. Three star, as property is large with a lot of upkeep. I loved the local feel and relaxing atmosphere. Property not near town, but a great driver took me anywhere I wanted to go. Beautiful.

Had the best experience in Thailand from the hotel staff and the manager. Service is one of the best on the island. Will stay here again for the service alone. Everything else is a plus.
