- couldn't find a way to hook up my Roku to work on the TV.
- rather strong smell of disinfectant or something in the room.
- great walk-in shower but bow-shapee curtain bar causes LOTS of water to go out onto the floor. Design issue.

My family and I were overall comfortable with our stay. I only took one star away due to the mildew in the bathroom. I feel that as housekeeping is processing the rooms to prepare for the next guest, an overall inspection of the condition of the room should take place to include checking for this. We did spray a bit of bleach and water on it but it really needs some attention. The staff were amazing.

The young lady at the front desk upon our arrival was very nice and cordial. The hotel is a bit worn and there are obvious repairs that needed to be done, like the crack in our shower tile or the rusted out toilet, but the hotel seems to be well kept. Our room was on the parking lot side and it was very quiet. The hotel is located right at the freeway, so it's very convenient to everything nearby, such as Walmart, restaurants, etc. If I had to return to Ruston, I would stay here again.

King rooms in advertisement had walk in showers only to find that only handicap rooms have those, icemaker on second floor broken, furniture stained and rough, refrigerator frozen over non-functional, breakfast was subpar as sausage gravy very runny like water, eggs seemed odd (not real?) honey buns were excellent fruit and yogurt were good. beds were comfortable.

I was charged twice and am waiting for a refund for the second charge. They told me that it was taken care of and that Expedia would be doing the refund. I’m sure it was not intentional, however it was very inconvenient for my family.

Everyone was so nice! Great room with plenty of space for two couples for a night just passing through. The front desk has phone chargers for sale if you need one, and you can make yourself a crispy hot waffle at their included breakfast. There was even a pleasant smell in the room! Nice!

Everything was great except for we reserved a room with a pull out sofa bed and our room didn’t have one, and the parking was inconvenient because of how the parking lot is layed out and it was packed. The room was clean and beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.
