Great location and easy access from highway. Hotel is very new and nice. Only drawback is the noises from the thin materials used.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room, beds were comfortable and King size, excellent for us.
The breakfast was sub par, they were out of several foods, we were told because they were busy the day before and ran out of food. What they served was not good. Very few options. I am glad it wasn’t a big deal for us because we are not breakfast people, but there was no coffee creamer, we didn’t like that.

The room was spacious! We had two king beds, a sleeper sofa and two tvs! The staff was helpful and nice! The breakfast was nice and the hotel was super clean!

There was a bad smell and we had to transfer through 3 different rooms because none of them were clean.

I think there may have been some kind of water leak while we were staying - there was somewhat of a musty smell, and they were catching a few leaks with large bins. Overall, the staff was excellent, it was clean, just had a smell of mustiness/water.

Staff was very friendly. Least expensive Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in which is a plus. Breakfast was good. Rooms were modern with plenty of USB outlets.
First room had an issue with the air condition which caused us to have to move rooms in the middle of the night. The rooms had a slight smell probably due to the AC issues. The room across from us had A/C issues as well and the hall had a smell. Maybe just struggling with the Louisiana summertime heat? The bathroom door wouldn't close in the room we ended up moving into which was a little annoying but otherwise the room was okay.

Very disappointed in the breakfast Saturday morning.
Went down stairs around 8:30ish, breakfast was over at 9:30. The place was filthy. No clean tables, pancake machine was out of service, no gravy...rang bell to ask worker about food option available and she was very rude. Stated pancake machine was broke. That she was making more gravy, which took about 30 minutes to bring more out, biscuits were burned. I could go on and on, just very displeased that we paid $652 for a 2 night stay and had to go somewhere else both morning for breakfast.
Only 1 elevator was working for a busy weekend at capacity.

When we arrived in the room, we discovered that the tub had standing water in it with hair. The tub had black mold growing around the caulked edge. The toilet was dirty and had not been cleaned thoroughly. We requested a non smoking room but the floor we stayed on reeked of cigarettes. The temperature in the room was set very low and it took more than an hour to regulate the temperature to a comfortable level

The stay was amazing. The front desk staff is so professional and courteous. They really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was far better than expected. The rooms were clean, spacious, & very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here whenever in the area.

The hotel is ok, The room we were in was OK. I give it a 4/5 at best. The room had a smell. I brought some ODOBAN with me and soaked the room which took care of the smell. The elevators need to be cleaned and vacuumed. The breakfast was good. The staff were super nice.

We stayed last week on our way to Texas and decided to spend last night on our way back home because the beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.
Because we would stay there again, but I did find a dirty K cup and the coffee maker this morning, and there was a bag of muffins someone had left in the windowsill that the housekeeper missed.
If something that obvious is missed, it makes me wonder what less obvious things were also skipped.

Very friendly staff, very clean indoor and outdoors. Breakfast included with stay. Comfortable bed. I felt safe at this hotel as a female traveling alone. Would definitely stay again whenever I’m in the area.

Appears to have construction/remodeling going on. Had to wait awhile for front desk staff - she appeared to be on her own for front desk and cleaning/stocking duties. Breakfast was a huge disappointment

Property is under construction due to some sort of major maintenance issue so there is a distinct moisture, mold smell in the hall ways and rooms. Also, the bed skirt in our room was filthy and we've found hotels in this area don't do housekeeping as a standard even when requested. I requested and didn't receive service, ended up just getting clean towels.

The facility was under construction however this did not affect us. The staff was always friendly. The lady who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed having 2 king beds. They were very comfortable

We were charged a $50 pet fee, which was not disclosed on your site. Room was flooded when we checked into room with a water leak. Had to be moved. Found out other pet owners were not charged the $50 excessive pet fee. Others snuck in their large pets. The fee was very excessive for a kenneled tea cup dog. I would never have agreed to stay had that been disclosed by your site at reservation.

The person who checked us in was very pleasant and cheerful. We actually felt like they wanted our business, which is a bit rare these days.
