I am a very picky person. However, this was a very clean and nice hotel. The only thing is I wish the printer had ink so I could’ve printed stuff for work.

Appreciate a room with grab bars. I personally feel every room should have them. The in room coffee needs a little improvement. It is office coffee level - not drinkable.

The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 10:30 am and said “housekeeping” and then proceeded to open the door. Check out is at noon. We were still in bed asleep and she had attempted to enter our room! My husband jumped out of bed and asked what she was doing! She said we always at check at 11. My husband replied it was 10:30 am and we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door! Front desk reprimanded her but told us they were very busy that day and trying to get rooms cleaned early and the maid was new.

Everyone that works there are amazing, friendly and kind! As for the room itself, i would give that maybe a 2 star. The set up of the room is absolutley stupid. 2 people can't lay in bed and watch tv, they put a dresser with the tv on it tight between a half walk. The shower was not impressive, too hard to find the rught hot/cold to shower under & the shower heads suck

Hard to get to, behind the Holiday Inn. Felt Stefanie driving thru another hotel parking lot to get there. The room was very clean. Staff and breakfast was amazing.

Hotel felt newer and clean. Staff was extremely accommodating. Room was nice and spacious. Area around hotel was safe but a little hidden behind other hotels.

Room had a smell. Thankfully I always carry room deodorizer. Shower shelves were dirty and had mold. We were charged for room several hours before check in time and before we even arrived. We selected pay at property. There was a mysterious $10 charge at 3:30am but does not appear in the invoice at hotel yet appears in my credit card account that is pending.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was large and clean. Only downside was the room for disability was on the second floor, requiring us to use the elevator.

Stayed here for an overnight stay, the gym is lacking if you’re a fitness person. Two treadmills and one elliptical, the free weights were missing they only had 30lb weights.

We have stayed many times at this particular hotel. We love the consistent cleanliness. It is a perfect spot for our family. The rooms are large and comfortable.
