Breakfast selection was terrible to start with, but even what was out there stopped being refilled while the ladies chatted and giggled in the back gossiping. With over an hour and a 1/2 left of breakfast, nothing was full, everything empty and nothing was being refilled.

Dirty toilet and shower. Room smelled like mildew. Called front desk they said they were going to send someone and didn’t. Nice enough but no follow through.

It’s a beautiful property. We just have terrible pet allergies and the room had a dog odor.

After checking in, I was concerned about a noisy air conditioner. The front desk staff came up to the room, agreed that it was loud, and moved me to a different room immediately. The concern shown for my comfort and readiness to move me to a better room was much appreciated. I also noted that everyone I encountered, from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast room staff were exceptionally friendly and seemed glad to be of service.

Our stay was exquisite. Our room was clean, beds, comfortable, staff was nice and breakfast was hot and delicious. This was just an overnight trip but it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

We had an issue with our TV remote and someone from the front desk came very quickly to help.
On the negative side, one set of towels that we had did not appear to be clean.
Comfort-wise, the bed was GREAT!

We stayed at this hotel several times in the past and it a very enjoyable stay. But it’s starting to look a little run down in some places. Also one of the two elevators always seems to be out. They also closed out our key cards for some unknown reason after only one night. It was fixed but meant a long walk around the building from where parked and then trip down to lobby from 4th floor to get the keycards replaced

La Quinta is very clean! This includes lobby and the rooms. It is clearly well taken care of. I enjoyed tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The breakfasts had a selection of things to choose from. The wifi was strong. Zero complaints. I stay here because it is dog friendly but I would stay anytime with or without my pup. I also appreciate those with pups tend to be respectful to others. Thank you!

It was a great stay until 10pm when front desk called to ask us to move to another room because they gave us the wrong room apparently. I refused. I would have been more open to change had they called earlier.

Toilet was loose and rocked on the floor. TV lacked modern options. Water pressure was non existent and shower head constantly leaked.

I haven’t been in a hotel this nice and at this price in a long time! Night staff could not have been more personable and helpful on finding a good local restaurant. Room was quiet, bed was perfect- I will be staying here again when traveling to Terre Haute.

Check in was super easy...front desk employee was pleasant even though there was approximately 20 people and their children hanging out socializing in reception area. Was told they were there for a funeral.
Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was awesome and offered a variety of foods. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel. One of the nicest LaQuinta we have stayed in. Very clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast good. Good choices for dining.

They are not upfront about their pet policy. It is an additional $20 per pet which I found no where on their site.
The continental breakfast was not that great. Coffee tasted more like water.

Terre Haute as a whole is an awful town, but this hotel is a diamond in the rough! The staff was friendly and remembers your name like you're at a Four Seasons, the cleaning crew is even very friendly. Breakfast is a nice spread and....free. lol Rooms are great and roomy.

Nice hotel. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t available, that was why we booked here. Loud partying in the parking lot all night long. Trash, cooler, bottles/cans etc in parking lot. Area is right off 70, so location is convenient. Fridge in room made an awful noise.

Room was very clean, as was the rest of the property. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Beds very comfortable. Pool was closed for maintenance so we we weren't able to check that out but everything was great. Would stay here again.

The pool was so cold my young son put on foot in and was done. The pool area floor was dirty, bring shoes. Shower floor was dirty. Tiles around shower were missing, broken and loose. Morning desk staff was very rude.
