We had to change rooms due to a very uncomfortable bed. The service was just awful from the moment we arrived as they didn't send our luggage up to our room for over an hour . Keep away !

Everything and everybody service was excellent except for our dinner at Scappi was overcooked and cold and the service was below what is expected from a restaurant of that class and price. Also, we had asked for a quiet room and were assigned a room whete there was a lot of traffic noise.

Wonderful one night stay. Wish it was longer. The executive room was superb and beautiful with wonderful views over Izmir bay. The facilities are excellent as are the staff, smiley and happy.
Will definitely return.

It is an amazing property with excellent facilities especially breakfast and the pool was fantastic. Mr Firat from reception was very friendly and breakfast restaurant reception team was friendly. Also young housekeepers were very polite.The only thing we were surprised and a little disappointed was the lack of eye contact and smiles. Most of the team were very serious and avoiding eye contact or small talk. They do not even let you pass first if you cross through a tight space. I think they need a refresher training for Hospitality & Customer Satisfaction.

Great location, rooms are modern and still in good condition. The reception and lobby interior requires refurb. The bar and cafe is a bit slow and understaffed. The outdoor pool is nice and well maintained. There are cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

I enjoyed the entire facility including the pool, pool restaurant, the manicured garden and the roof bar.
I also enjoyed the pieces of art which are visible everywhere, especially the original Botero statue in front of the main entrance.

Very bad window isolation, lots of noises from cars, people from street. Bed is very uncomfortable, actually one of worst of my so far experience in many years. Sheets and pillows feels like wet and man sweat a lot due to sheet quality type.
However hotel is very good located, close to everything and good connection to airport.
Personal is kind and helpful, my overall rating is unfortunately 3 stars out of 5 stars.

The hotel is massive, very clean and well maintained.
My room was also quite big with everything I wanted: a coffee machine, huge bed, a bath. The breakfast was good. I’d only recommend allowing guests to make their own tea or coffee. I was waiting for my tea to be made by the waiter for 15 minutes and no tea was brought to me in the end. The restaurant is open at 6:30, but they are still running around preparing stuff, bread toaster for example wasn’t turn on and it took 20 minutes for it to warm up (I couldn’t wait because of my morning flight) so boast or tea for me that day😿
A cleaning lady was banging my door at night asking if I wanted some tea (not sure why) and my room phone called around 2 am..
Reception desk people were very helpful and nice.
I’d come again.

We picked this hotel for its central location and pool and it was a lovely stay for our family for one night. The pool was very busy but the staff worked to find us spots together and the recommendation by the valet for planning our trip to Ephesus was spot on. We were greeted with wine and fruit and definitely felt the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to the waterfront which is great to meander and have dinner - the area was safe. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the Izmir area!

Common areas like the pool are 20 years old. Terrible service quality by the pool (Kudos to the staff that are trying their best but the numbers are simply not enough....)(
SPA is amazing.. Biggest I have seen so far. Facilities are great and staff are very effiicient and friendly.
Breakfast is a controlled chaos fighting for vacant tables to be cleaned and sat on.
All in all..... Supposed to be the best hotel in İzmir to stay in; unfortunately they get 3****

It’s a very nice hotel with beautiful surroundings very well kept. We stayed with our little dog. They upgraded us to executive floor however they didn’t provide us the executive floor benefits.
