Hotel is very nice. Seemed extremely high priced for some reason. Would not pay that same rate for a small city.

Our experience was a complete nightmare. I had reserved a specific suite for the night, as my wife, our elderly dog, and I were coming into town for my wife's sister's wedding. Wanting to confirm everything, I called ahead, and during the call, they asked if I required an ADA room. I informed them that I didn’t. Because of this, Joe told me he was giving our suite away to a Diamond member, leaving us with nowhere to stay. We had driven in from out of town, and if I hadn’t called, we would have shown up to find out last minute that we had no room. Joe made no effort to contact us beforehand. His only offer to "make up" for this situation was free breakfast. I’m still in shock at how poorly this was handled, especially after I explained our situation, the long drive, and the fact that we had our elderly dog with us. Joe showed zero concern and gave our suite away regardless. I'm utterly disappointed. If Joe is a manager at this property, I worry for your business.

My room was not available for check in until 6:15 pm due to “computer” issues.
I was given a room assignment with key and when entering the room, the bed was stripped and the room had not been cleaned. Dirty linens were on the floor.

Property looked inviting but our room had a very strong dog smell! Need new and quieter blow dryers. Bar and restaurant was never open when needed. Overall, an average experience.

Perfect place to stay if visiting Indiana State University. Has a bar inside the hotel and breakfast.

We booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub advertised online, so we were very disappointed when we arrived to find that the hot tub was out of order, and the pool wreaked of mold and mildew. It was also freezing and our daughter couldn’t stay in the water more than 2-3 minutes at a time. She had a meltdown because the hotel just didn’t live up to our expectations and this was supposed to be a special trip/stay for us. We asked the front desk attendant about the conditions of the pool but she just stared at us and said she didn’t know why it wasn’t working or when it’d be fixed.
The room was fine, but the hallways also had that mildew smell in them that had us nervous about the safety of the air quality. That and the fact that the amenities weren’t up to standards really puts a damper on our review.

Friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing suite!! Had a huge living room and big bedroom with walk in closet, comfortable bed, and very clean!! Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. There was noise from street traffic but would definitely stay there again while visiting family.

Very unfortunately we cannot leave a decent review of the hotel, as there were some unfortunate mishaps concerning our stay... for starters, the room had a broken window shade mechanism prohibiting us from being able to see the outside daylight, causing us to feel like we were in a prison cell. The service was adequate however we did not feel heard surrounding the broken window shade and were given paper clips to pull the shade up and fastened. Not to mention, there was an overpowering tobacco smell fumigating the entire room... perhaps someone was smoking in the bathroom below us? We asked the hotel staff to investigate but were ignored.

Hotel is nice but had to park across the street in an unmarked overflow lot because the main lot was full. As a woman traveling alone, I was a little uncomfortable at night and not knowing the area. I am a dog lover, but don’t like hearing other people’s dogs barking late at night and early in the morning at a hotel.

Was not made aware of the pool being under maintenance, the staff when checking in did not tell us. Saw note on the pool entrance door. My card was charged 3hrs prior to me even checking in & it wasn’t the card I was using to pay for my stay, luckily the charges did not go thru. I had to bring it to the front desk staff’s attention, they tried to check someone else in under my name. Was not offered any type of accommodation or money off my stay. Very disappointing!!
