Me and my son stay for his procedures at Childrens hospital because it’s a quick and convenient drive and the hotel is always nice.

We booked this hotel after a trip to visit family in Atlanta got cancelled due to a Covid outbreak. Since we’d packed and already boarded the dogs, we figured we’d take a mini-staycation.
Part of the reason we booked this hotel is because of the amenities it offered, including WiFi, which was important to us, since we have a 5 and 7 year old. We couldn’t get any of our devices to connect to the network. Even their TV, which features some streaming services, had some issues connecting. I was out in contact with their IT service department, and I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with them troubleshooting and trying to find a resolution, with no success. We eventually checked out and asked for a refund. We wanted to get the most out of our short time.
The property was fine, and the staff was friendly. But we just couldn’t get anything to work. Worth noting, we had no issues connecting any of our devices to tue next property that we checked into.

Pictures do not match what this run down place looks like. We booked a king suite and got the worse room i have ever booked. Immediately checked out the next morning as they didnt have any rooms to re locate us to. Door frame/door appeared to have been kicked in previously. Door wouldn't close and lock properly. Fire alarm missing from main room. Hole in the wall. Broken pull out bed. Flat pillows no extras. Broken office chair. Small small restroom. Read google reviews of this place first. My mistake. Also breakfast $10 a person not included.

The bottom of the shower was borderline black. It was awful and hair all over the tub. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to shower there.

It was a great, clean, and quiet stay. I recommend. Keep in mind breakfast is not free here if expecting continental breakfast.

The Four Points has a very nice lobby and very inviting staff. They made you feel right at home. The one bedroom king suite had plenty of room for a family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and my wife enjoyed the fitness center which is adjacent to the pool.

we reserved suits 4th floor #401.. ,carpets smells bad, very small washroom , no shower curtain, we called the management a he brings shower rod fixed it but shower pressure won't hold the thin curtain. no trash can inside.
received scam calls from desk asking all the card number and all information again.. we contact the desk lady she told us we did not called..bad experience

Stayed here for a business trip. Hotel was quiet, clean with easy parking. As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe. Staff was awesome.

It was all around great . The man that checked us in was so sweet and Curtis. And the day we checked out the lady was awesome. We stayed because i had to have surgery. I will have to have surgery again in a month and i will definitely be staying here

The hot water did not work and there was no maintenance engineer on campus until morning and it still took hours for someone to help us. The TV was not clear and kept buffering energy few minutes. When I inquired about that happening, I was told to unscrew the cable cord and unplug and try that. The coffee was not good. The staff at the front desk were nice.
