The rooms r huge and there's a bathtub, coffeemaker , fridge , press, towels r plush . Ifront desk staff r great but I had a dining breakfast yell at me .it ruined my breakfast . Toasting a butter bread.instead of being teaching she was yelling . I found her nice to white guest but suddenly she barked . I would rate a fail but other servers and front desk r nice .

I've stayed here many times in the past and loved it but won't stay again. I think Marriott is just getting a bit stingy. The price keeps going up and so do the extra charges. If you book through Expedia, you will pay for things that are included for other guests (ex $25 for parking - which used to be free for everyone). I was particularly irritated about this as several cars had quite clearly parked overnight for free in the short term parking. I made the mistake of asking if I might leave my rental car overnight there, only to be told I had to pay. The only reason I kept the rental car for the night was because the shuttle only goes every 30 minutes and is usually packed early in the morning. And I was a little irritated that I was put in a room directly above the HVAC compressors when I specifically ask for a quiet room. I got woken up every time they kicked in. I was only looking at 5 hours of sleep at best, but it ended up being much less than that These sound like petty gripes but this is not a budget hotel so you'd think it would be easy for them to get the small stuff right. There's nothing special about this hotel, except the wonderful staff. They are all super friendly and helpful. In particular, the older man who drives the shuttle is just lovely. He's been there for ages and is consistently fantastic. I am from Montréal and so visit often, but probs won't stay here next time. Particularly once the new train line is up and running.

Exactly what I needed.

Property is well deserving of a 5 star, however I rate it this due to the lack of service provided during our stay whoch was a very small inconvinience. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, our room was never cleaned/serviced. We spoke to the hotel manager, who was quick to bring us new towels and a warm appology, which my family and i were more than ok with rather than his offer of reducing our rate. Other than that, the property is great. Complimentary breakfast is very good with good selection every morning. Hotel itself is well kept. My family will definitely revisit again.

I always enjoy returning to the Fairfield Inn and Suites because the hotel and rooms are spotless, there is rapid response to requests and the staff are helpful and welcoming. The included buffet breakfast and 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport is most appreciated. An addition for me was the evening restaurant which is convenient. For those without a car, bus terminal and train station are a 6 minute walk from the hotel.

The pool was very small and not clean, lobby and common area were tidy and clean.

The property was near the airport which was convenient. The hotel was quiet and the staff were welcoming.

It was a very short stay one night to be specific since we had a family to drop off at the airport on August 17th at 11:10 am. However, the stay was very stressful due to a power outage more than 2 time while we were having breakfast at 9:15 am to get back to our room on 6th floor and come back down to reach the airport on time. it was such an inconvenience and a stressful morning.

Pool area differed from picture. Pool was extremely cold. Shows better on website. Staff extremely friendly but when requestong extra pillows for kids and toilet paper the hotel only had one roll of TP and one pillow which was odd. Otherwise, great staff, clean environment and rooms and great hot breakfast included with the stay. Would visit again.

We were impressed with the front desk staff but were really taken aback by the breakfast staff . They were unfriendly and rude to say the least . It made me uncomfortable even standing in line to get my breakfast because they were literally at our backs . I am sure they don’t have to stand watching ones every move we’ve. If they are overseeing the amount of food in each tray . Also , I saw them in the hallway and even greeted them and was ignored . I am not sure if they don’t like black people but I noticed they didn’t behave in that manner towards guest who identifies as white . Maybe some cultural sensitivity training is needed especially if they are immigrants ( I am assuming Asian descent ) . Overall seeing their faces watching like we were stealing food for breakfast was not needed and they stay was essentially ruined for us as we have not been to your hotel before .

Loved how close to the bus stop, would be unbeatable if it had a private direct access to the bus station though. Then you wouldn’t have to loop around the highway.
