L’emplacement très bien pour prendre un vol

J’avais déjà payé la chambre par Booking et à la réception on m’a fait repayer la chambre à mon arrivée. J’en ai parlé au réceptionniste à mon départ et il a recredité ma CB

The location was pretty wonderful and convenient. I did not regret one second!

I did not like the fact that I have paid more than CA$500.00 for one night, not having the right to use the pool because I wasn't a regular member of Bonvoy Marriott. I don't remember having seen any warning of that when I reserved the room. I deeply feel that at $500.00 for one night, I should have had the right to use that pool... I thought that wasn't fair!!!

We loved the location. Easy to park car and take luggage in and then come back down to return the rental. The room was really roomy and well laid out. We liked the modern decor too.

The sheets did not fit the king size bed. When we sat on the bed and the sheet popped off. What was weird about this was when we called to ask for another fitted sheet, they sent up a queen flat sheet. When I tried to call them back, they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. When I called back, the phone just rang. It was 11 pm. We had to sleep on the mattress pad cover. We paid almost $500 for one night. This was unacceptable.

Location. Spacious room. Clean bathroom.

The coffee maker didn’t work and no info on how to use it.

Propreté, confort du matelas, excellente insonorisation contre les avions et Emplacement (accès à l’aéroport facile à pieds).

L’odeur de parfum ou de produits odorants dans la chambre. C’était tellement fort que cela a provoqué de la toux le lendemain matin.
