Property was in a good spot, clean, and prompt service upon arrival. Toilet was running during the stay, but was an easy fix by myself and let staff know on checkout. Only complaint was breakfast was lackluster and was not enjoyable other than waffles. Will stay here again though. For the price and overall experience, give it a 7/10.

Everything was great except for a stain on the carpet, and I didn't really care for the small pillows. Other than that, the staff was great at check and check out and the I love the location.

Overall great hospitality

Room was clean and modern. Staff was very nice. Didn't use any amenities. Other guests were very noisy, but settled down around midnight. Shower temperature and pressure were great.

Hotel is clean and friendly service. The elevator definitely needs some work. Beds could use an upgrade they are rather uncomfortable. And the air conditioning doesnt work very well.

The property was nice and clean. The first room we were checked into. Seem like the floor was sinking in. So we got switched. Other than that it was a nice getaway.

It was ok for one night. the sink immediately stopped up after one use and the water did not go down. There was no shelfs in the shower and no stopper in the tub only a big hole for the ater to go into.

We had a problem with the TV but the maintenance man Chris fixed us right up.

To start, the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was decent, the shower handle was hard to turn, needed repairing, and really should have been done before I checked into my room. I dont feel like there is enough parking spaces!!! Saturday night, and zero parking spaces left for paying customers, I managed to get the last one. Im so glad I did! I mentioned to the desk clerk that there were no more spaces for customers. She said they send the overflow to the Wendys parking lot....I would definitely not have liked parking in Wendys overnight...I would think it would be a lot less secure parking area for people who may break into your car! And Ive stayed at other hotels across from the Comfort suites and know that a family member had her car broken into. I just didnt like the idea that I almost didnt have a parking space after paying for a 2 night stay. Paying customers should have a parking spot on the property, period, even if the hotel is fully booked ...Overall, it was a nice stay and may stay again if Im in the area.

Room smelled like a smoker had been in there. Room was clean. Refrigerator very cold, nice. Limited channels on tv. Bed seemed small for a queen. Towels very soft.

This was probably the weirdest stay at a hotel I’ve ever experienced. It started before we got there. We were en route to the hotel and were about a hour away when we received a call from the hotel asking if we were still planning on staying. We said yes and that our ETA was 8:30 pm. We were told that it would be a “late arrival”, they were completely sold out, and they needed to go ahead and charge the card on file prior to our arrival. We said okay but what would have happened if we didn’t answer the phone? Would we have arrived and not had a room even though we reserved a hotel stay? Once we checked in, we were given a room that had carpet installed higher than the door clearance, which means every time we opened the door or closed the door we were met with the resistance of the carpet. Literally had to lean into the door to get it to open. We were there for a Tough Mudder obstacle course race so we knew that would get old quick after racing all day. We went downstairs for breakfast before the race and it appeared they were understaffed considering the number of guest they apparently had since they were sold out. We tried to wait for them to restock all of breakfast items but we would have been late to the race so we stopped by the Wendy’s next door. Overall, I would give them a 3/5 and wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel in the future.

It was nice, no loud noises and I liked the extra security changes...using the card at the front door seems a little more secure! Im not sure about the security in the parking lot...I do know weve had church/family members who have had their vehicles broken in to across the street at the Best Western. So far, Ive not had issues at the comfort inn. I like this hotel because of the suites with a separate bedroom. I will contunue to stay there while in town!

The ease of check in and staff was professional.

It was going great until we got locked out our room and had to wait almost 2 hours for maintenance to come unlock after he told the first the front desk it would be 15 minutes I was late for a event I came down to attend and my food had gotten cold I spent $44 on my food and all the hotel manager go do is give me $14 I’m not satisfied with this hotel at all
