I don't know if the front desk lady was having a bad night, but she was NOT pleasant to interact with! The location was more like a troubled area with a dated and run-down look! There was NO breakfast and the vending machine items were way too expensive and it what's worse it didn't even work!

The service, the room, and the overall location. My expectations were not met at all considering the fact that I was 10mins away from the place I was visiting. If I had seen this property prior to the night I was checking, most certainly would 'NOT' have booked it!

It smelt clean when we first walked in.

There was a roach crawling on the bed from underneath the headboard. I went and told the receptionist about it and asked for another room and she giggled and told me “no”. I left & had to go purchase another room cause I was not about to be on vacation sleeping with nobody roaches!

There was no breakfast

Well for one thing the pool wasn't in working order.

Room was dirty and smelled, sheets and towels were stained and dirty.

It was very pleasant. The lobby was clean and nice.

The room smelled of smoke. Hallway reeked of marijuana. I had to go downstairs (I was on the 3rd) to get ice. A muffin, juice, and coffee is not breakfast.

The towels were pretty cheap.

My room was not cleaned due to short of staff

The location was perfect. There are a variety of food places to fit all tastes, a Walmart nearby and easy access to I85 and main roads. I did not have breakfast there as the website indicated that breakfast would not be served due to COVID precautions. I made other arrangements.

Although the room was very clean, the bathrooms need to be upgraded. The door to my bathroom was slightly damaged. There were only small pieces of soap in the bathroom with 2 tiny bottles of shampoo.

THE HOTEL IS OUTDATED AND FILTHY! BATHROOM TOWELS WERE DIRTY AND THERE WERE STICKY ROACH AND MOUSE TRAPS ALL OVER THE ROOM. NOT IN THE BEST AREA, PEOPLE WERE LOUD AND IT WAS SO MUCH WEIRD ACTIVITY. I CHECKED IN AND EVENTUALLY LEFT TO STAY WITH A FRIEND BECAUSE I WASNT ABLE TO CANCEL AFTER I CHECKED IN.
