Quick one night stop. This was our second time to stay here. Complimentary breakfast was good and had several options available.

The hotel could definitely use a good scub & new furniture in the lobby area. We also found a bedbug on the pillow just before going to sleep for the night. We reported it to the front desk attendant & she offered to move us to a double bed room instead of the king we were in. By this time is was almost 11pm & we had been on the motorcycle all day so I declined. Plus, what good does it do to move rooms other than spreading the bedbugs?? I wasn’t able to sleep that night except for spurts of 30 mins or so for a total of abt 2 hrs all night. The only good that came out of our stay was eating at Captain John’s!! My husband came out of the stay with at least 6 bites! I had to wrap our clothes in multiple trash bags, each tied separately, so we could continue our trip to Arkansas & find a laundry facility.

Lots of road noise from the hwy. The facilities need refreshing. Service for the Continental breakfast was great until the last day of my stay. Then, I saw a note that there where nobiscits and gravy and the egg pan was empty.

Front desk help at check in was awesome! I miss placed my key cards in my hast of going to my car for luggage, and she quickly made a second set.
My only complaint was the alarm clock in room went off at midnight my first night of 2 night stay. I unplugged it.

The building is a bit dated and could use some maintenance here and there. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and did a good job. The lady taking care of breakfast did an excellent job and was very kind.

Arrived in late evening due to traffic. Checked in quickly and efficiently with the friendly staff who recommended some restaurants in the downtown area that might still be open. It was much appreciated.

They just had a big storm that wiped out basically their bottom floor. The staff was more than accommodating. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. We all made the best of the worst enjoyed my day.

Everything was nice and staff were very help-full. We got to swim in the pool only down fall was it was almost to cold to swim in. Will definitely be staying here again if we are back in town.

The staff was nice and helpful. My only concern was I saw a couple of bugs in the bathroom. They were probably due to spray, but it makes you a little uncomfortable.

The evening front desk clerk was friendly, personable, and helpful to the group of guests that arrived at the same time as me; though they didn't have reservations, she was able to meet their special needs quickly. However, although I chose this hotel for the indoor pool, the pool was closed and had been for a week due to needed repairs, and I wasn't notified ahead of time, though I made the reservation well in advance.

Pool is closed, only reason we reserved this hotel, and looking at the reviews that I should have done it before, seems like that pool it’s being out of order for a long time, please remove your pictures of the pool it’s ridiculous, our keys did not work to go in the room, it’s very uncomfortable to have to come back to the front desk, come one it is one job!!

The staff was friendly but this best western doesn’t stand up to the others that we have stayed in the carpet in the room was dirty the ac was broke the television was not working and when it started it only got one channel. It was rather ran down and just not what we were expecting.

AC. Was not working, found 2 roaches in room. No breakfast. Place seems to be running down without necessary repairs.

the only problem I had was toilet and they quickly repaired it. My friends could not get a suitcase cart to transport their luggage because only 2 and someone must be hiding them in their rooms.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good. The room was quite dated and could use some sprucing up. We had previously lived in Eufaula so I had an idea of what to expect. We had been on a 10 day road trip and this was our last stop. Judging from what we had paid for room accommodations along the way, I feel the price at this property bit high based on the accommodations they offer.

Place was ok really nothing around but a truckstop. No issues other pool was closed.

We booked the room because they had a pool. We traveled 1500 miles to find that their pool had been broke for a long time. We could have just gone home instead of driving out of our way just to stay here. We were not happy. The bed was worn down. Customer service was not great. We had stayed at 2 other hotels on our trip that were so much better then at lake Eufaula Best Western.
