Great hotel,unexpected for the price.

Large rooms, very clean with friendly helpful staff. Some reviews say it was difficult to find but I didn't think so.

Other than a couple of minor items, our stay was great.

Cinnamon rolls were hard and not hot. Everything else was good!

Toilet kept running every few minutes in our room.

Large room and room to work

Carpet was badly stained, only 1 trash can, bathroom sink did not drain well, toilet made a constant sound, ran out of Kleenex.

Enjoyed our stay. Good accommodations.

Breakfast was good with really great coffee. Location was good for us. We wanted an extra blanket and got one without any problems.

Breakfast was low stocked and cold. We had to ask a couple of time for different items to be restocked. There was mold in our shower and the shower curtain caving into the shower.

Overall very nice.

Great location. Spacious room with plenty of outlets/USB outlets.

Good breakfast but area was crowded and blocked entrance to elevators and desk. Staff for checking in and out was sparse - very polite and helpful but seemed understaffed. Other staff was present but unable to assist.

We will stay again next time we are in McAlester.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful!

Cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. Ice machine was not working on the floor we were on.

Ok, a bit overpriced

Location and lone staff member was very nice.

Bed sheets were either dirty or stained--huge yellow mark on them. Stay happily changed them when I asked, but this was not a mark that would have been missed so why was it there? Bedding that came with pull out sofa looked dirty too. Pool/hot tub was closed for season.

There was blood spots on the sheets, old food in the fridge, dirt on the floor. Dirty bathroom in 2nd room

Staff was VERY helpful & fun!

No daily cleaning or at least garbage emptied, towels & coffee restocked. BAD stain under sink on the floor that looked like mold.
