Great remodel, the facility and my room looked great. I really enjoyed the new room layout.
However, there were some issues with the room. One of the TVs (by the sofa) couldnt get cable signal even though the TV by the bed worked fine. Also, when i turned towards the room phone to call the front desk the phone wasnt connected to anything and no wire was attached at all.
Also, the heater never worked properly and after an entire night sleep with it "turned on" the room actually lost some temperature going from 69 F to 68 F (I had it set to 73 F).
And lastly, it took a full 5 mintues for the hot water in the shower to get warm (not ever hot, but warm enough for a shower).
Growing pains after a remodel, perhaps?

Beautiful facility and even though they were under construction we didn't really hear much. The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful even when I mentioned I wasn't happy about the construction (and not knowing it was going on when I booked our rooms) she apologized and gave us coupons for free breakfast. One more thing, I loved their beds! Very comfortable!! We'll definately be back soon! :)

It would've been nice to know the property was under construction! When I got checked in and went to the room, I was assigned the door was propped. Open with will appear to be construction material.
The room also had tape on the walls, indicating imperfections for the construction workers to repair. I found this to be completely unacceptable, especially for the cost of the room

This property was under construction/remodel. This was not communicated before arrival. I paid top dollar for a smelly, dirty and dishelved property. I was very disappointed. I have higher expectations from the Hilton.

The hotel was under construction and was a hot mess. There wasnt enough staff for the front desk.
Two of the construction workers were in the hallway arguing with each other while guest were around.

We wanted a room above the 1st floor but none were available.
The hot food for the breakfast from the buffet and menu was not hot.

Filthy area due to construction. Was not given the room I paid for and told to deal with through booking agent. Fire alarm went off twice very scary. No pre warning of construction which should have been on website. Towels very poor quality, no liners for waste baskets. Uncaring staff.

Stay was nice. the hotel was getting renovated so we were warned of noise the next morning but we were on a road trip and were up and out before it started.

Currently fourth floor under renovation. No work after 7pm and didn’t start until about 9am.

Not great value for the money. The only advantage was a dinning room in the motel. Otherwise it was more expensive than nearby equally nice motels than served complimentary breakfasts.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Loved the location of this hotel and the park across the street and nearby hiking trail.

Was a little loud but served its purpose for a safe place to park a packed car right outside our window. Toilet kept running but once bathroom door was closed could not hear it. Small restaurant, fitness room and pool. Comfortable beds.

Cleanliness could have been better in my suite for as much as you pay for them. Toilet didn’t work properly and could hear it filling up all night
