No face towels. No towels. Chairs were not clean

Friendly service on arrival. No lift available on site. We arrived late and the restaurant cooked us a meal before closing. The room was clean and tidy. The pool is small. Didn’t get the chance to swim. Walking in to town is doable.

Walking distance to the city center and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to when we wanted to extend our stay. As a family of 4 we enjoyed our stay at their 2 bedroom apartment. We would love to stay again at the Suva Motor Inn on our next visit. Vinaka

Staff need to treat local guests equally as they treat overseas guests.

We love our stay,the room is good and spacious enough,good bathroom,the only let down was the WIFI couldn't work on our room.

Only spent 2 nights. Staff were great, Keleni at the bar was an excellent host, very helpful and went out of her way. Room was good, clean and tidy. Happy to return and stay longer. Only suggestion to the Motor Inn is to perhaps get internet access available through out the Motor Inn. It drops out the minute you walk out of the room. Thank you Suva Motor Inn staff for making it a pleasant stay.

The front-desk staff and security guards were all fantastic, as was the cat, Sunday.

Property was so run down not even worth paying $166nz.

Appears photos on website were taken many years ago. Very limited menu. Expensive for outdated decor. Would not recommend.

Our stay was a last minute reservation and I read the reviews of others before staying here so I was aware of the conditions of the property. This is definitely a 3-star hotel for locals (0-stars if you're used to modern accommodations). I was wasn't expecting any luxuries. Friendly staff but the property needs renovations and updates. I did have ants and spiders in my room (I didn't bug them and they didn't bug me). The water was unavailable for one night as the water pressure wasn't reaching the upper floors. The food at breakfast was very basic. For the property to improve: 1) Clean all rooms to ensure no bugs and mold. I definitely notice the lack of surfaces not being wiped down that allows the growth of mold in the bathroom mirror, walls, and ceiling. 2) Update water infrastructure, lack of water pressure should not be an issue in a hotel. 3) Remove and/or replace furniture and room amenities. Our furniture was chipped and broken that created a lot of sharp edges. Our ironing board was old and burnt. 4) Provide needed towels for the room. One per person is not sufficient. Room needs additional hand towels and towel to place on floor to exit shower. 5) Fix water damage on ceiling. I definitely noticed water damage (almost like mold) in the room and painted over. 6) Bolt down room safes. Overall, this wasn't okay stay because I understand the situation of the area/region. I would not recommend this if you're looking for luxuries.

Affordable and located near the city

Super useless staff and filthy room with cockroachd. Paid for 5 beds got 4 Only got 2 towels When asked for service got none Don't bother and stay somewhere else

I don’t know where to begin to tell you how bad our stay here was. The rooms were unclean, in disrepair, missing items (kettle), and hard to get to (4 flights of stairs without an offer of assistance.) The only small positive was that the towels were new and that when the water worked (!!) the shower was hot with reasonable pressure.

I like the room and the side I stayed . One yhing that so disturbed is the noise..Guests especially locals make so much noises early mornings and in the day as by the corridor and also in the pool. I cant sleep in especially when Im there for Conference and had late meetings...

It was all okay .staff was friendlg

Didn't like anything. Toilet leaking, sink had damp towel in it. Noisy fans and TV and ppl outside. Very tight parking and u have to reverse all the way to get out of property. Closes the gate around 9pm and have to wait for security to open to get in. Like u getting into a prison, why is the gate closed. Is it an unsafe place. Looked like a safe area but they still close the gated
