Hotel was clean and fresh and in a very convenient location. Best part for me was NO PET FEE. I will definitely be back and will seek out more Sheratons when I travel with my puppy.

We arrived at 2am. The desk clerk was asleep and it took three attempts to wake him. Thankfully, his brain clicked right to it and he checked us in quickly. The place was very clean, well-kept, and roomy. However, we did not really have hot water (the warmer side of lukewarm). Otherwise, a great stay.

We are on a road trip and this has been the cleanest hotel we have stayed in! The staff were friendly and it was close to the beach and there was shopping close by as well. Sheraton will be our go to going forward just wish there were more locations.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly good!! The patio is great for hanging out with friends or co-workers! Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The staff was friendly, the room was big and clean, the bathroom was comfortable. I really liked the option of having either a continental breakfast or a buffet. They have a 24hr small store that is also well stocked. Overall enjoyed my stay here! Keep up the good work.

This was my second stay at the Sheraton in the past 6 months. I love the fact that there is no pet fee and only a $25.00 deposit. The room rates are also excellent. The area is nicely landscaped/quiet. My dog is a inside dog and still nervous around others, but he does well here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating to any questions or requests. This will be my first choice when visiting Jacksonville.

Our weekend at the Sheraton was so relaxing and peaceful! Very convenient location to restaurants and stores. Spent one whole day just relaxing at the hotel enjoying the beautiful and relaxing patio area watching outdoor television or playing the outdoors games that the offer. Bar staff is nice as well! NO complaints at all. We will be back very soon!

Booked at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. A great experience and the check in staff member was exceptional. No regrets and will be keeping in mind next time I’m in Jacksonville.

The hotel was ok overall. My room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. Hair was left in the bathroom and different types of hair at that. The room looked like it was only vacuumed and the bed made. Because I was only going to be there for about 12 hours, I didn’t complain. The only pro is that it’s free self parking and no pet fee. However, I won’t be staying here again.

My family and I had a really great experience here. It was about $100 less expensive than the hotels on the beach, we were met with very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe happy and cozy there and would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much

While I had a confirmation number to stay at this property, upon my arrival they did not have a room. They did offer to provide accommodation at a property about 60 miles away. The front desk attendant was great and very apologetic. Just not happy that I had to drive 3 hours late at night to find another hotel.
