Furniture in my room was very worn. Can use touchup.

The breakfast was ok. I called ahead to ask about gluten free and dairy free items because of personal health issues. I was told they had a few options. The attendant from the kitchen looked but couldn’t find any. She was very kind and apologetic. This is an issue that should be addressed since many people deal with dietary problems.

There was a dog next door that barked very loudly. There was also feces on our toilet when we first entered the room. The replacement room had mold on the curtains and ants in the bathroom. On top of all this construction was going on in the hotel and it was just an altogether unpleasant stay.

I really liked that the location was close by our events. The hotel was clean and the staff was really really friendly.

I don’t feel like that price was worth almost $300 a night. The water didn’t get hot when showering, there was also construction work going on with the elevators. You could tell where The walls had holes in them but was painted over.

Booking .com took money out of my account for the 1 night stay and Fairfield did also. after talking to multiple people was ensured that it would be resolved. when on a cruise ship Fairfield continue to charge my account and found out while out of the country. after getting off my cruise ship had to drive 1 hr back to the hotel after a 5days on a ship and then waisted 2 hrs sitting in lobby for the manager to get fixed. Took 5 days to get my money back.

The property was close to what we came for.

There were hole near vents in the ceiling not covered up. The spot fix that they tried to do where it looks like a door made a while in the wall was exposed. Worst of all the T.V did not work after we had to wait well past checkin to get a room!!!
