Drive to Seattle this place is a dump. No hot Water insufficient water heater.

Everything was clean and next and staff was helpful. Price was great also.

This stay and it's price point fit my needs precisely! The staff were very professional, polite, and kind people! I really only needed a place to sleep for a few hours after having attended a large out door concert. Not wanting to commute 4 hours back to Vancouver Canada, this location provided all i needed! It got me out of the huge flow of traffic leaving the venue. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room clean. Perfect for my needs.

Very friendly proprietor. The motel is obviously older but has been updated a bit. Well worth the price.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and humorous. When I asked her wahat her name was she said "Trouble" with a chuckle.

The bedding was not washed. There was food or something stuck to the comforter that I was able to flick off with my fingernail. The sheets had hairs on them and one pillow had a large yellow mark on it. The people were super kind and the price was affordable. I loved my stay except for the unwashed bedding. It clearly had not been washed, especially the top comforter, though the bed was made very nicely

Space,the bed, and water pressure left something to be desired but other than that the room was clean and the people were kind

That I had to plunge my own sluggish toilet.

Sheets were stained. Towels were stained. Floor to bathroom was rotting and covered up with carpet. Not enough hot water to take a shower. No in room coffee.

They let us check in early which I appreciated. However, the room was not clean, the mattress was cheap and hard. There is so much deferred maintenance in the room and grounds I’m not sure where to start. The low price may be tempting, but recommend choosing another motel in Cle Elum.

Convenient and comfortable but room was extremely small and we could barely walk between bed and wall to get to bathroom.

This place is so gross no one should stay here. Expedia shouldn’t even allow it on there site. So dirty I have stayed in a lot of places around the world this is by far the worst place ever.

Amazing quality for the price! Will stay here again for sure. Left my glasses in the room, sent them a text, they found them and held them in the office. Support this small town business!

Where do I begin. To start, the bed was about as hard as a sheet of plywood, in fact I'm sure I would have gotten a better night sleep on a sheet of plywood. I ended up having to go down the street to get an air mattress to get some sleep. The shower didn't get super warm so taking a shower after working at a job site was not super enjoyable. There was visible water damage next to the shower/toilet. Finally to cap the entire stay off I woke up after my second night sleeping on the air mattress I had to go buy since, AGAIN the bed was terribly uncomfortable, I went to put my pants on to go to work, and a BLACK WIDOW crawled out of my pants. I was able to capture and confirm the species of the spider by the red hour glass shape on the bottom of the abdomen. Since the office wasn't open before I left for work that day I packed my stuff up and left. After work, I came to check out (since the black widow was my last straw), and I was charged for a 3rd night because I was "checking out late" even after showing the lady working at the front desk the picture of said black widow I captured. The reply I got from her was uninspiring, and showed a lack of empathy. If this was my only option to stay in Cle Elum I would rather sleep in my truck than stay at this establishment again. If you do end up staying here be sure to check your clothes every morning in case a spider has made a home in your clothing over night. Needless to say I will never be staying here again!

Great place to stay. Has a refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. Great coffee in the Office. Walkable to shops and restaurants and parking is right outside the room.

I checked in and then found out an hour later my friend wouldn’t make it as promised for the third time. Cut my losses and left. So I was there in the room for an hour. But it’s ok.

Especially enjoyed the person at the desk at check in.
