The rooms were I would say fine. The location is good. The person at the check in was welcoming and very helpful. The lady in the morning shift, seems like didn’t wanted to talk to anyone, even if you said good morning to her. During checkout I wanted to hand her the room keys and she wouldn’t talk. That was kinda weird. You guys might want to think about this since for a business like yours, customer service should be at a high priority.

It served its purpose for our little getaway. Walking distance to everything we needed, restaurants and shopping. No real breakfast & no coffee maker in room. Have to go to lobby & use Keurig. Nothing fancy but would stay again for the price.

Was okay to stay for a night or two but will try some thing different next time

This is a very dated hotel. Some might find it quaint and others would think it's just odd. In any case, it needs some updates inside and out. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast consisted of toast and fruit. Coffee and tea wS available anytime.

Nice, quiet place to stay. Breakfast is minimal, but adequate. Would stay at again.

Staff was very nice and it was great value. This is the second time I have stayed there.

The staff were amazing! We offered suggestions for improvements and they shared their love for the business and efforts to continually improve every guests stay. Our next experience is sure to rate even higher. The motel is within walking distance to everything one might need during a stay. Cle Elum is a cute and clean town surrounded by the beauty of the Cascades. Wowza! We enjoyed our time there!

We came to town for a memorial. Arrived about 8:30 and were up and out about 700am. There was no view other than the road but we were there for a short time so did t care.

we were meeting our family and they had a dog. there were no dog friendly room available at time. one day before we were to arrive, we received a phone call saying that there had been cancelation of a dog friendly room, and she remembered that we were asking about needing a dog friendly room. Older hotel but clean and friendly service. Great place to sleep not a lot of abviance around the hotel my room looked over gravel parking lot but the price was right for a one night stay. Clean, friendly, breakfast and walkable.

Small quiet town, right off the interstate, very nice staff, & nice clean room.

This is an older motel that has had some updates. It was substantially less costly than other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and it is noteworthy that there are two medium sized dogs living in the lobby. The breakfast is limited to toast or instant oatmeal with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and instant hot apple cider available. For the price I would return.

Great clean tidy!

Hotel was an older hotel but clean. Pillows were flat pancakes. Would like to have had a first floor room.

The check in lady was very nice and friendly. The gal at the counter the next morning didn’t even respond or make eye contact when we said good morning and turned in our key. We just walked out the door like.. ok.. rude?? Other than that, the room was just fine for one night, needed somewhere to sleep and it was fine.

Front desk lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Free coffee whenever you want in the lobby. She gave us directions to a club we wanted to go to in town. The rooms have microwaves and little refrigerators. Such a cute little place.No hairdryer in room.

The hotel itself seemed nice enough, but the room was just dirty. The towels looked like they had hung up rags, thin and stained. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, and there were crumbs and other garbage in the corners of the room. Also, the wifi was terrible. It would connect for maybe a second then disconnect. Won't be staying here again.

Very dated as well as the beds probably being as old as the hotel. The check in person was wonderful and friendly. Not the morning person thought…they didn’t even acknowledge us hood up and head down.

I like this little place. If you are looking for something fancy this is not your place. If you are looking for something in the heart of Cle Elum with options and easy access to places this is it. The staff is great and the room was clean. Parking was easy to navigate. Would stay here again

Nice and quiet. The bed wasn’t comfortable though.

The room was run down, the bed lumpy, the breakfast was non existent: individually wrapped pieces of sliced bread, no real coffee and tea bags. No milk, no cereal, no hot food.

We had a great time at this property. Everyone was extra friendly like offering to come back to the property if we checked in after 10pm. They had fantastic accommodations for an old dog with a sliding door on the room for him to go in and out of. The property does need some cosmetic maintenance but please don’t let it deter you- it is CLEAN.

No hot water, room was not that clean, hair on shower wall and dirty shower curtain.big hole in carpet with large stain on carpet floor. All lamps unplugged had to move bed to plug one in. It’s an old property that needs updating.

Wasn't able to check in. Was told she was the only one there and I couldn't check in early. Wouldn't book this hotel again. $86 wasted that I can't get back. Ended up going to a different hotel that was much nicer and staff was friendly and was told that timber lodge doesn't have good reviews. Now I see why.

Felt uncomfortable with the hotel in general. Slept with the light on. Left early in the morning didn’t wait for breakfast.

Timber lodge was the cheapest motel to stay at which is why I picked it. The room was clean, check in easy, easy access to restaurants and gas stations. Friendly staff. My biggest complaint which they can’t do much about is the train that runs behind the motel. A few nights it ran thru 2-3 times blasting the horn. So bring ear plugs. Tv had a nice selection of Chanel’s. Bed was ok but a little hard. Daily breakfast was just toast. Coffee available but no liquid creamer. They use keys to get into your room but that same key opens up all the doors to get into the hotel, so I had to question, is it the same key for every hotel room? If not, how do they do that ? lol. Not bad for the price. I would stay again.

Bed squeaks badly, toilet loose on the floor, night check in clerk was A+ but morning clerk F-, breakfast was a piece of stale bread wrapped in plastic but toaster worked. Overall I wont be back, I'll keep driving.

All I needed was a place to sleep after long days in town. The best part was the bed. Super comfortable. Other than that, the facilities are rundown and neglected.

Property clearly on its last legs. Hardest mattress I’ve ever seen on a bed. Room was clean, linens ok. Towels terrible. Sink would barely drain. Price was lowest in town for a reason. Luckily, all I was seeking was a bed and bathroom. Nice people working there but wouldn’t come back.

Holes in sheets, stained sheets, stains on towels, stained carpets, not sure if sheets were even cleaned since last guest. There was liquid/stain spilled/sprayed on ceiling, damage on walls in several places, toilet seat not attached on one side. Will not stay there again.

The morning person at the desk was very rude and dismissive we only stayed for two nights and both days she seemed annoyed we were there. When we got to the room I always look through drawers and how clean the room is there was random trash and receipt in the drawers hair in the shower on the walls and the tub. Was very displeased with everything.
