EEEWW!! There was nothing to like about this property. It smelt absolutely horrible!! The roaches were everywhere. Sketchy people hanging outside at all hours. Would never stay here or recommend!! Gross!

The room although cleaned seemed dirty , floors were slippery or waxy bathroom although cleaned was still not looking clean. It smelled all throughoit the while place.

This hotel was a nightmare. The beds were terrible. There was poop stains in the toilet. There was missing cabinet doors. The sheets were so thin I was actually afraid there may have been bed bugs. Never again! The staff at the front desk was so rude. Her name was Destiny. There was a young girl on the 2nd floor that got drugged and rapped.

The place was so gross, once you got into the hallways smelled like smoke that was coved up with orange smell. The room looked like a break room, and had hair on the bed when you got in there. The room did not smell good what so ever and it was super dirty. The lady on the counter was super nice, but once we got in there she was on her phone texting. So inappropriate.

You suck. If you stay have conroe pd on speed dial

Outdated they charge for towel service and they don’t clean linen or take out trash.

For starters my husband and I are not picky at all. As long as the room is clean we don’t normally have anything bad to say. But our experience here was one of the worst. Right off the bat we arrived right at check in which was 3:00pm we were told our room was being cleaned and would have to wait 30/45 minutes and come back. So we did since we still needed to run a few errands, we come back and our room still isn’t finished being cleaned. We were told there are no cleaning people that come in this entire place. The girls cleaning were just two random woman that stay at the hotel itself. We were finally able to get in after waiting an hour. Room was clean other than a few things broken and stuff but again we don’t care much about these things. The bed only had two pillows which were so flat they didn’t do much so I sent my husband to get a couple of extras and was told there were none. To top that off we had to use the same towels our entire stay also. Most of our time there we had a constant smell of weed coming from most of the surrounding rooms in which people live. These people who also hang around outside and in the halls at all times. The entire place just was not worth what we paid for it. I would recommend to anyone not to go here.

Picked this hotel because pictures looked ok.Room nothing like the pictures.Room had no towels.When we asked for 2,we got one and it was stained.Never found a ice machine.Outlet in room tripped GFCI Everytime we plugged a cell phone in,turning off all the lights.Many of this hotels residents appear to be there on a permanent basis.The one elevator is horribly slow and dirty.Ivspend about 80 nights a year in hotels and this one was the worst one in the last 10 years.Traffic noise from trucks on freeway is bad too.

It smelled liked cigarettes and alcohol, the carpet was so dirty throughout the entire place

Shower head was full of black mold, hallways smell like a dive bar full of cigarettes, and they don’t give refunds I asked the first night and was told no.

Customer service is great . However this is the 2nd time I have stayed here and my room was not clean. The housekeeper redd some training on how to clean rooms .I gave them 2nd chance and they did not get it correct .

It was very clean and reasonable priced. It was a little to noisy.

I arrived at the hotel at around 7:20PM. I had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in to the hotel. There are signs on the door that say no smoking within 25ft of the door but that did not stop a group of about 6 people and a dog who as lunging at everyone from smoking next and in front of the door. I was frustrated but checked in anyway and went to my room. I had been on the road for 4 hours and just wanted to relax. When I got to my room there were cigarette ashes (the hotel is supposedly 100% smoke free) on the sink, toilet, and the floor near the toilet. The sheets were not clean and the pillows were so flat more like pancakes than pillows. The soaps in the room had already been used as well as the towels had been used. The toilet was dirty. It was just disgusting over all which was odd because my husband has stayed at several WoodSpring locations and always had a pleasant experience. I immediately turned around and went back to the front desk to let the lady know that the room was dirty. She replied with oh that is the only room we have. If you give me a little while I can go up and clean the room. I thought about it but then I decided that the experience at that point was just not what I wanted. It was already 7:45 and I did not want to wait another hour or more until she had time to go up and clean the room. I chose to leave and find another hotel for the night. It was too much to deal with and I just wanted to rest. Definitely would not recommend.

We stayed two nights for a business trip, there were 3 of us, which was noted on the reservation. But we only got 2 towels and when we asked for extra towels we were told we don't give extra towels. After I explained that there are 3 of us and we only got two towels we finally got ONE extra towel. The bathroom door didn't close properly due to swelling in the wood from moisture. The rooms were clean but very sparse, one bed had a thicker blanket the other didn't. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. In the bathroom, the toilet leaked and the walls hat patches that were not painted over. Overall it was ok.

I did not like the stay to many people just standing outside.. not clean to many dogs and they was poop on floor. Terrible will not recommend this place at all. You could not get extra towels or have your room clean daily. Pillows were flat . The only thing good about the place was they had a large refrigerator.

Dirty entry, bare rooms (no kleenx, no hand towels, no lamps..). Very bare bones.

Staff was super friendly and check in was quick. Room was clean. No complaints and priced right. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice & professional staff. Very clean & in good shape. However, there was a very strong cleaning solution smell to the hotel, which I actually could smell from the outside also. It prevented me from sleeping well and permeated all of my possessions. Very unpleasant but staff said they would fix it for the future. Very good response from staff.

Little girl at the front desk was very pleasant and embarrassed at the speed of the check-in system Room #1 Walked in, hung up clothes, turn on the air conditioning and attempted to turn on the TV. TV would NOT turn on under any circumstances and the remote was missing the battery cover. Figured the batteries were shot so I went down to front desk and asked for new ones. Took them up and tried them. No dice. Also took another remote that was not programmed but was given directions on how to program. Tried all of these things, no dice. Went back down to front desk and asked to change rooms. Was moved to another room where the TV works but now we were on to a new set of problems. A/C was cool but not cold. Sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain at all. After running water and noticing it would not drain, the sink was still half full the next morning. Generally the place was clean but the details are not being paid attention. Furthermore there was no maintenance personnel to fix the A/C or the sink on the weekends. Last complaint is all the smokers standing by the front door smoking up a storm for all the guests to wade thru. Not a good look. I think ya'll can do much better and I bet ya'll do too.

Not accommodating, one exterior door doesn't close right, therefore key not required for entry, a lot of people just "hanging around" outside the hotel. Ultimately felt unsafe staying there alone as a young woman. Management could not be reached to discuss canceling the remainder of my reservation.
