Stayed mid-October. Fantastic resort, staff super friendly and attentive. We celebrated a couple of birthdays and received cakes and sparkling wines from the resort. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The resort was kept spotless and rooms cleaned each day. The location was great, near the beach, supermarkets, town and some great restaurants.
Only thing I’d say could be improved upon is the heating of the indoor pool could be slightly warmer.

Fantastic place, couldnt fault how nice the rooms are and hotel.
Onky downsides were
1. Location - it is on the outskirt of the town which means if you don't have a car you're talking 20-30 minutes of walking into town which is made hard since it is downhill and on the way back it is uphill
2. Barely any staff was knowledgeable in English which made it hard to order food/drinks
3. Kids - I love kids but there were a lot of families with kids and couples with kids which means a lot of noise
4. Not the best options for gluten free for breakfast. They have bread which isn't nice, cereals and croissant/madeleines (if they remembered to take them out of the freezer). No separate toaster either
Otherwise can not fault the hotel. We were a couple with no kids and we went in September to avoid kids.
If you have a family then great place as they have a kids playground and a small kids pool.

We had the most wonderful stay. Everything was 5 *. The staff were always accommodating, plenty of space outdoors and the pool choices were great!

The housekeeping service is lousy. They tSke s total of less than 10 minutes to clean and it remains messed up.
One day they came at 9.30am I said in 29 mins we will be gone. Housekeeper said they will be back. That back was at 4.30pm after 2 reminders to the front s

The property is overall nice and close to the beach. The interior of the apartment could be cleaner and in better shape and looks a little worn and rundown. The washing machine in our unit did not function properly . The showers were difficult to enter since they were up high .

On the first night of arrival we informed reception at 8pm there was a problem with ants in one of the bedrooms when we were leaving to go out for dinner, on our return at 12am nothing had being done about same only for the ants to have completely covered the beds, it took over 3 hours to get the matter resolved and moved to another room/villa. I note from reviewing previous comments another traveller had a similar problem in July 2023. Breakfast was poor and limited chose for what you would expect from a 5 star resort. Staff appeared to be indifferent to customers needs

This is a nice property that is convenient for families that want an apartment and kitchen but some of the hotel facilities issue we had was with the check-in team. They were not helpful at all and even though there were properties available as it was not fully occupied we had to wait until 4 o’clock to get our room on our first day even though we arrived at 11 am we were offered anywhere to change which was not ideal with children after a flight. Breakfast staff are friendly. Housekeeping was a bit hidden miss sometimes shower gel and towels would be replaced and sometimes not. We had an issue with our dryer, which was the only option to dry clothes after they had been washed. We did report this but it was not fixed.

The 2 bedroom unit was well laid out. The cleaning staff were excellent. Great Pool and reasonably good gym. About a 20 min walk (5 min drive) to the seaside town of Carvoeiro where a number of good restaurants are located

The breakfast was really good with lots of options such as fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and coffee. The gym was good however it only opened at 9am which wasn't convenient if wanting to do exercise in the morning before breakfast as breakfast buffet closed at 10am. We stayed in a suite and it was really spacious with a nice outdoor area.

Liked pool at townhouse. But daily cleaners not good, no welcome pack sent (as promised), hotel courtesy bus stopped, pool towels not changed etc ….poor services despite an expensive hotel where you’d expect more….

The room (luxury suite) has a big balcony with a sun bed and umbrella, and table for eating.
The living room has a complete kitchen and a sofa, TV area.
The bedroom has a wonderful bed, strong Internet, another TV and two lovely bathrooms.
The breakfast is amazing, as was the buffet dinner, and the pool really good size with plenty of seating.
The only negatives I'd say are
Only one free water despite staying four nights
An excessively high charge for tea in the room!!!

The staff is nice and polite but did not address all of our complaints, such as the broken shower. The air conditioning was insufficient and there were ants in our unit first floor. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but the location of the resort is not really conducive to walking into town or to the beach. Overall we give it 2.5- 3 stars. Of all the drawbacks, the ants were the most offensive issue. Otherwise it was a lot of room for the price and would have been very comfortable if the air conditioning worked well.

Nice place, but a bit scruffy and poor quality In areas. Hot water screeching all night kept us all up, kids slide split and dangerous. Pool bridges falling apart. It was good value, but I can now see why it’s cheaper than top resorts.

The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable with nice terrace and full kitchen. The real let down was the resort facilities. The pool and steam/sauna area was not clean and overcrowded with 30 unsupervised children running and jumping into the indoor pool and entering steam/sauna rooms. The floors in the indoor pool area were moldy and slippery. The resort even charges guests for clean beach/pool towels if you want them changed. No business center. Definitely not a five star resort. Would not return due to the facilities.

They wanted a deposit for 25 euro (refundable) each for pool towels and one euro every time to have fresh towels. Also the cleaners did not have additional bath, face, or other towels. The food was average

This place is stunning, huge apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need lovely big balcony, the properties are well spaced out with lovely gardens meandering pathways though them
The restaurant is also first class will definitely be returning.

Had a great stay with a beautiful spacious accommodation and large balcony in ‘romantic suite’. Great service, staff were really helpful and provided a lot of information. Breakfast was really good. Gym and additional amenities were not quite on par with rest of the resort but enjoyed our massage at the spa however a little pricey.

The best example I could use of how attentive and caring the staff is, is that a group member of our trip had her birthday on the trip. Without us having to ask, remind or notify the manager send over a beautiful (large) cake with candles and flowers and a complimentary hand written card wishing her the best and lovely birthday. The time we went in was off season - as such there was less to do but nonetheless the peace and quiet served us well on our vacation. Really recommend this stay - but would also suggest traveling by car as the distances can get quite large if you wish t visit other regions of Algarve. The public system is not that accessible or great.

We had 3 nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped. Service marvellous. The SPA did not offer warm shower, but nice swimmingpool with hot sauna and Turkish steam bath. Nice floor heating in the apartment. Excellent place even for a winter stay.

The apartmnets are begining to look tired particularly the kitchens, internal walls need painting, the grass isnt cut regulary anymore and there are weeds in gutters and in pavements, making the place look scruffy compared to how it used to be, rather immnaculate. The complex is in decline and has seen its better years. Maid service is no longer daily. Its still lovely overall and we would go again due to familiarality as we have been over 10 times, but its definitrly no longer 5 star in our opinion, but a solid 4 star.

The resort was very good, just like in
the photos. Big, bright and very confortable. We stayed in a luxury townhouse and the private pool was good, just a few steps from the house. The outside dinning fscilities were great, especially during the COVID, although there were plenty of room to dine inside.
2 ensuite bedrooms were nice and pleasant.
We liked almost everything.
It did not get o top grade because the internet was almost non working, no detergents and we could not make local calls from the house. Just some minor things, but you would expect them from a 5 stars resort.
But I will go back next year.

Resort had only partially re-opened when we arrived, although this was not clear when we booked, Disappointing there was no bar or restaurant open. Accommodation very good, but an upgrade of some of the facilities in the apartment would make it excellent. A car is useful as located out of the town.
