It was short but the pool water slide and hot tub were great.

It was a slow check in as there was just one girl working. However, the lobby was attractive with a winding stair case to the 2nd floor. The room was large & comfortable. There was an excellent TV with access to the various streaming sites and the usual TV channels

This was a no frills Hotel, worked for us. A one night stay along our 2300mile Road trip. Tub/Shower combo with a bench that fit securely across the tub for seating. First level room with sliding door to parking lot, made our vehicle very accessible. Not a lot of restaurants in the Area, we chose the Boston Pizza which had a wide selection of items to choose.

I really enjoyed my first night at this property
Unfortunately with some food I ordered (not BW Plus) gave me food poisoning.
I was forced to book another night. Travelling anothe 600kms was impossible.
The staff were very attentive and checked up to make sure I was Ok including bring bottled water to my room.
Next time I travel i will no doubt pay a bit extra and stay here.
All around great experience despite my illness.

Check in was wonderful. I did request the upgrade but it didn't happen. Staff was very friendly. One thing i would cgange, you need a bigger tub mat. Especially for older people who aren't steady on their feet. The bathtub was slippery.

We had issues with our room (strong odour) but the staff went above and beyond to resolve our issue. After the upcoming renovations, I would not hesitate to stay again.

unfortunately there were no luggage carts available and we had to lug a lot of stuff to our room. for this size of hotel there needs to me more carts available.
the pool caused the lobby area and breakfast area to be extremely hot. It was unbearable to sit and eat breakfast. (and it was cool outside)

This hotel has been beautifully renovated! The only negative is that there is no restaurant on the premises. Free breakfast was great. Will book again on our trips to and from Ontario to PEI💥 Very clean!

The room was clean and spacious. However the ventilation of the indoor pool needs to be improved. We were on the third floor and the chlorine made its way up there. If we were to stay again, we would need yo make sure to have a room away from the pool.

Convenient stop on our drive from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Seemed pretty busy at breakfast. Clean and well appointed rooms. We had to get back on the road so no chance to enjoy the pool but it looked great!

Very convenient off the highway. Parking could be better, put electric chargers out back. Need more than one person on desk in the morning.
