Only issue is the available parking.

Great overnight stay while driving from NS to Ontario. The hotel is close to the highway, clean, comfortable and offers free breakfast buffet. Would stay here again for sure.

Not quite as described. Pool not as expected as slide is not a water slide so kids needed to bring their own bucket of water up to get it wet or they wouldn't really slide and then you have to stay clear at the bottom leaving minimal space to swim. Decent breakfast and rooms.

Beautiful and very clean. Inviting from the moment we walked in the front door. Breakfast was as expected, with excellent staff.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Close enough to some restaurants. Beds were ver comfortable. Enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend.

Dirty bathroom, wrong sheets on the bed, broken towel rack, terrible reception on the tv.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The hallways and general areas were fresh and luxe looking, except the ceiling in the check in area which was smudged and appeared dirty -not the best first impression. The bed was the worst I have ever stayed in. It was hard and sloped to one side. There were four of us and 2 queen beds so two of us had a horrible nights sleep. Also there is no overhead lighting in the room, just two tiny reading lights and a small table light in the corner, so the room was terribly dark. When we walked in, the television was on and we struggled looking for a light switch. There was no overhead light switch except for the light at the doorway. A TV shouldn’t be your main room lighting. On a positive note, the bathroom was well lit, the room was clean and seemed fairly new. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Beautiful hotel with just what we needed for our family. Comfortable beds and yummy and filling breakfast. Pool was much smaller then expected for my 10 and 12 yr old and tv was really glitchy watching the Olympics. Otherwise great place.

The staff when we checked in were kinda rude, didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. For the price we paid I would expect our tv to not buffer or freeze a million times. Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff were super friendly. The pool area had so much chlorine my eyes and nose were burning without even going in the pool or hot tub. Not sure I would pay to stay there again at that price

There should be grab bars in the bathrooms. I slipped and fell while exiting the shower. Tile floors are dangerously slippy.

The Best Western Plus in Edmundston, NB blew me away positively. From the moment I stepped foot inside the lobby to departing after an included breakfast. The amazing staff are the backbone to this hotel. My family & I were met with smiles & offers of assistance from any employees we came across. From the front desk reception to the cleaning staff & maintenance, they go above & beyond to ensure guests have a wonderfuk stay. One cleaner in particular saw we were a group of 4 ladies & when we were going into our room she had just cleaned, she offered us extra towels. My nieces were trying to figure out if the pool slide water flow was working & they asked the same cleaner about it. She went above & beyond to get maintenance working on it. Cleanliness is top notch priority from top to bottom! And they are dog friendly!! My doodle loved her stay as much as me & my family. Thank you Best Western Plus PLUS!! I will be chosing you on my next drive through Edmundston.

Great hotel in the perfect location. Near the city and the Transcanada Highway. a Next time I will request a city view. That would have been amazing!

Great place to stay in the road down to Nova Scotia. Friendly!

My stay was good. The staff we all very good. They have dedicated motorcycle parking under the portico which is very nice. The AC worked well in the room. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items- something for everyone. I do wish they would use proper cutlery and dishes, the amount of waste from the plastic cups, cutlery and paper plates is disappointing.

No issue with the Hotel… was frustrated with Hotels.com App. Multiple times could not use the App while trying to book.

Sink would not drain, staff pulled pipe off so it would drain into a bucket. Bathroom door knob falling off. Phone charger on one bed stand non functioning.

Great place. 2nd visit. Bed was a little low in the center. Needs new box spring maybe.

Great service by all the staff, really good continental breakfast, kids loved the pool even if the button for putting water on the slide was broken. Handy to the highway.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. When I left, I forgot a dress in the room. I called the hotel and was told there was nothing for me. I didn't accept this answer. Later, I received a call telling me that they had found it and that I could pick it up on my way back to Ontario. But when I went to pick it up, the person at reception couldn't find it. The room itself was fine, but the overall experience was overshadowed by this incident. I expected better service and support from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience. I don't trust the staff. Sorry
