Arrived at @ 9.20 to find it was over and we were refused service.

Cheveux dans le bain à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire (oeufs et pommes de terre étaient froids). Présence de chiens dans les chambres et au petit déjeuner. Probablement excréments de chien sur le tapis du corridor non loin de notre chambre. Je m'attendais, puisque la ville d'Edmundston est à 85% francophone, d'avoir un service en français à la réception.

The place is disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was clean. The room smelled terrible. Breakfast was ridiculous paper plates and wood cutlery for paying $293. Carpet was dirty and smelly. Hallway was filthy dirty handprints. Walls dirty.

I was quite surprised and disappointed that the front desk agent dit not speak French. Also, I had specifically requested a room on the first floor and was advised that it would be accommodated. However, when I checked in I was given a room on the second floor and the front desk agent did not care.

Room upon first walk in was great.

Toilet did not work reliably, the device that lets water into the tank was sticky and I had to remove the tank top to access the mechanism to allow water into the tank to flush the toilet. air conditioner made a lot of noise with only minor cooling. When you look at the top of the ac unit, below the vents it was absolutely disgusting and also there was a bug in the bathroom. Could it be get any worse. I am not the type of person who normally complains but this was over the top. The building is showing signs that it needs more maintenance.

The breakfast was good.

Very thin walls, We could hear the guy burping in the next room. Need more english channels on the TV.
