Amazing. The hotel was comfortable and safe. The location was near anything you could want without having to get out on a major road. If you're arriving and leaving on I10 it's easy access. All of the staff from front desk to porter to housekeeping could not have been friendlier and more accommodating.

When we arrived the front desk personnel were on point. Daniel did an exceptional job welcoming my family and during check-in.

Nice room, easy and fast breakfast, pet friendly for our 80# dog!!!! Passed through for a funeral and needed the sleep. We stayed there because it was half way between our destination and Houston,TX. We stayed at this hotel twice during these trips. I am happy with everything including the service the hotel provided my wife and I during this difficult time. Besides it is located next to a shopping g center and they have a good sushi restaurant.

Staff of entire hotel goes above and beyond caring for and welcoming guests. Best hotel experience ever to be honest. This is why I only like to stay at Hilton for travel. Room was an added surprise. So comfortable I didn’t want to leave for work!!

Honestly liked it wasn't very crowded. All personnel were great! Front desk lady was exceptional!!! Very nice and helped me a lot as I don’t get to travel and have not stayed in many hotels. The pool was great and if you wait until after 5 pm you have a lot of shade. If I had to pick on anything the shower had hair in it on the walls not in the tub itself which is why I think it didn’t get seen. I would definitely stay here again. The friendliness of the staff is above and beyond!!!

Staff at front desk offered use of a wheelchair to help my son get me to our room. This was unexpected and so helpful.

There needs to be more carts on the premises. What happened to the bars of soap? Need more toilet paper in the rooms. The hotel needs to be updated a little. There needs to be a cover on the patio for smokers. The pillows are terrible. The bedding is not very comfortable. Very scratchy.

The hotel is always in fair condition, but this is the second time we have stayed in a room that smelled heavily like urine. In general, the rooms could use more thorough cleaning.

It was raining so we weren’t able to enjoy the nice outdoor patio area. It was one of the reasons I selected this hotel. It looked very nice.

We only stayed the night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

This might be my favorite hotel we’ve stayed in. The staff was GREAT- from the front desk to housekeeping. You don’t find that much these days in hotels. The breakfast had great options and my kids loved it. If we are ever in the area we will definitely stay here again!

Morgan was working the front desk when I showed early. Friendly and helpful, she was apologetic that a room wasn't available even though I was early.
The next day, Mandy was working the breakfast bar and I showed up at 9 (late), but she helped me to still get breakfast including making a waffle for me.
Friendly, helpful people make any stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you for the 5-star treatment.
As for changes, my room had an air condition unit that was loud.

The checking process was too slow. It took us about 15 minutes to checking. The front desk manager said all systems were behaving incorrectly.

The property was great it was a quick check in after I had to deal with a issue that was not the fault to the hotel. Breakfast was ready on time fresh and hot. The king room was a great size gave me everything my wife and I needed. But the down side you can tell the hotel staff only cleaned where they was able to see from a quick eye meaning they cleaned the form of shelf not going to the back I didn’t want to lay my stuff there and the bed was rock hard my wife and I didn’t get the best of sleep.
