Facility was nice. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Location was good. Property was quiet.

Shampoo & conditioner bottles were small. Bath towels could be a little larger. Could use larger trash cans.

Staff was very rude. Manager woke us up at 7:30 telling us our payment did not go thru and we had 1 hour to get out! When in fact the payment HAD gone thru and it was their error because they hadn’t realized that the room was booked thru Booking.com. This was very embarrassing and done in front of other people. We had to leave by 8:30 instead of the 11am checkout time. They also double charged my card and I am STILL trying to get them to refund me the overcharge!

We were very satisfied with the room and the amenities.The breakfast was good and changed daily which provided a good variety. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly,

The problem that we had was the housekeeping or, should I say, lack of. We stayed 3 days and 4 nights and housekeeping NEVER touched our room. We had to take out our own trash and had to replenish the bathroom towels and wash cloths. They even asked us to put the dirty ones in a trash bag and bring them down to the front desk and all this was blamed on Covid restrictions. I’m sorry, but there should be ZERO restrictions as the CDC has ended the pandemic and any restrictions. All this is, is an owner who has gotten used to running a facility on a skeleton crew instead of making the guest number one. I paid almost $600 for my family and I to stay here and if I had known that about this housekeeping situation, I would have booked elsewhere. We will never stay here again!!!!!
