A family runs the place, Antonella is the manager and she makes each client her family, she and her mom Carmela made my stay a sweet experience

The only issues had were a few ants in the room other than that everything was great!

This is a clean, comfortable, modern small hotel with an ample, included breakfast that is a few miles outside the center of Bassano del Grappa. It's also en route to Marostica so it works well for travelers attending the biennial medieval Marostica chess tournament pageant. It is easy to find, and has free onsite parking and an adjacent restaurant. (In contrast, it looks like hotels in or near the center of Bassano may be "parking challenged.") If evening restaurant services are important to you, make sure the restaurant is open. It was closed for holiday for a week or two in Sept, 2016 during our visit. It may not be a great choice for travelers without a car since you cannot easily walk to the city or to other restaurants other than the adjacent one. Bassano del Grappo is worth a stop -- it has a traffic-free center, a pretty wooden 16th century bridge, and great views from the tower, the Torre Civica, with interesting historical photos and information on each flight on the way up.
