very nice hotel with one exception: The bar is not up to par with the hotel. 1. no tv in bar. had to go out of hotel to watch football game. 2. service is slow and communication poor for breakfast.

Beautiful Hotel, loved it was close to downtown, loved the shuttle was prompt in taking you downtown. Food was great for breakfast. Beds were stiff comfort was 5 out of 10. Channels on tv were very low and no Fox News only CNN Ugh!

Great location and obviously an older and more traditional city centre hotel. We did not expect the room to be huge but for a US hotel found it quite small and felt it wasn’t as up to date and well appointed as we were expecting, especially due to the price we paid to stay. To be fair the service was very good and the bar and restaurant were excellent. We had breakfast every day there which was of great quality and with very attentive service.

Hotel’s great, steps away from the wine train. The only complaint I have is since we were on an extended trip, we requested Laundry service and two days later I had to take our laundry back dirty since no one got to it

Perfect location, great staff and nice pool area. One of the neighbors was smoking weed on their balcony and it temporarily stank up our room. Other than that, great stay for the family.

The place was beautiful. Only issue we had was the children's menu. Not much to choose from. We had to go out most of the time. Bar staff and bar manager were excellent!

Breakfast very basic offering, Bar closed at 10pm, no facility for a resident to have a drink after that time, which is bizarre given the hotel is in Napa, wine country. Would not stay here again.

The Westin was awesome! Great to have a full kitchen in the room. Very dog friendly and plenty of places within walking distance. Pool was great although a little small for the amount of guests that wanted to be in the pool during the heat wave. Very relaxing spot, quiet and friendly. Loved the river along the side.

Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the valets. We enjoyed being right across the street from the Wine Train, which was so much fun, and being within walking distance of downtown Napa was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Way overpriced, and they charged me $50 per day to use the pool and exercise room, which i didn’t use at all, and for the valet parking, which you had to wait for.
It seems like a hotel for businessmen on company money.

Overall this property is trying it’s best, pool is 5 star, location is great, but little things that would make a big difference is having the coffee in the room and or having a coffee cafe and breakfast items, we tried to have breakfast and the restaurant took over an hour for our food, we had a tour scheduled and almost ran late. The rooms are a little dated but still nice.

I am a Marriott Titanium member but actually booked and prepaid through Expedia because the rate appeared better. Upon late evening checkin the sliding door to our room did not lock, appeared to have been forced open at some point. Was repaired by hotel the next day. The sliding door to the bathroom would slide open upon use. Eeekk…had to leave room when in use by my partner. Upon checkout I was assessed a $25/day fee for use of gym, pool etc…😐. Hate to be nickeled and dimed on a $500 room. I have spent nearly two years of my life in Marriott properties and love many of them. This one failed to impress.

The hotel was a delightful surprise. So comfortable. Just wish they asked guests not to hang out in the back patio area after midnight as they can get loud. Otherwise, this was a most enjoyable stay

We had a difficult experience with our room location; it was directly over the valet parking lot. From 6am on it was constantly opening and shutting! Not ideal when it's a chance to sleep in and your unable to :(

This place is great. We had a two bedroom 2 bath luxury suite. It even had a full kitchen and a lovely large balcony with a view of the Napa valley and downtown Napa.

Overall a great stay! Room was clean, valet parking was included in the fees for the stay, and staff were helpful with requests. The only issues we had were that the towels were a little rough and the tv and remote seemed outdated. However, the positives shine plus it was really close to the oxbow market and many wine tasting rooms. Would stay again!
