The door to our room did not have a secondary security lock and we stayed inside n the 1st floor.
Hotel drapes were torn and it was not updated. Besides that the staff was pretty friendly and the breakfast was alright.
It was clean and beds were pretty comfortable.

Outside door to building lock was broken--so less secure than it should have been.
Toilet was clogged, but they gave me a plunger that took care of it.
Otherwise it was good.

Carpet dirty, dressers broken and dirty, boogers on the curtains. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Bed was kind of hard to sleep in… we have to turn the Tv manually (do not know why?) and some lamps where disconnected. Besides that everything was ok..

The door had a big Crack in it so much that a 1/4" gap from the door jam. The light, noise and wind came through it.
The toilet was unseated and wiggled while using it. It could be cleaner in the tub and shower. The breakfast was'nt great. The buffet electricity was off also, nothing hot to eat. The Bed was comfortable. Loved the fridge. The microwave and AC unit lol and spa. It was let friendly.

Great value for a clean, comfortable room. Two minor nits to pick with the room.
1. Never could figure out the TV remote and there were no instructions to be found.
2. There had been a leak in the ceiling in the shower. It no longer leaked, but it was obvious that it had been leaking. The leak was stopped but the repair is ugly.
Wasn't too excited about the hot breakfast, but given the pricing, I would definitely stay there again

This hotel was clean and a great place to stay. It was near Albertsons Walmart and Costco. Many food options and close to the freeway. The rooms are large. The breakfast offered was ok. But at least there was breakfast! We will be staying here again.

This was my half way mark to my move to my new job and out of state from California to Idaho. This hotel was in a perfect location. Great place right off the freeway but it was quiet. Gas station near by. Friendly staff! The only issue was that the bathroom (shower) was not hot. I did let the staff know on check-out, but I’d stay here. It was also very clean. I typically enjoy staying at Quality Inn’s because they are standard across the board. I’d suggest maybe offering better pillows as well as more toiletries. Finally, beautiful sunrise when we left.

It was good for the price. The door to outside didn't fit in the frame and there was a gap at the bottom. Lots of space for bugs to come in!

Lesson learned- We paid for the most expensive 2 queen room. I already knew I was going to have to pay for the additional pet fee per night. Upon checking in, the front desk woman gave us the room we paid for at first, then when the dog was brought up, she had to switch me to a pet room with pee stained carpet and downgraded. Plus I had to pay the daily pet fee. Not impressed. I should have called ahead first so I would have paid for the less expensive room. Or just start hiding my dog at check in.

The outside door entrance to the indoor hallway was broken so the key card wouldn’t work to enter the building.

Firstly this property was not very clean. The walls in the bathroom, pillowcases and towels were not cleaned well. The rooms were extremely dark and damp.
The breakfast was mediocre at best.
The 'pool' might as well be a hot tub as it's tiny.
Lastly, after several phone calls, many hoops jumped through and empty promises from management, specifically Julia, our lost property still has not been returned over a month later.
Do Not spend your money here. There are better quality choices in the area for the money.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The only downside was the tub in my bathroom was missing a shower curtain.

We were there a week and our was never cleaned and the second day we were there we found a roach

The room was old and run down. Water damage in the ceiling above the shower and the tub floor was dirty. Hole in the door by the bathroom and the tv was outdated. The room had a damp smell and carpet looked like there was a water leak. The air conditioning unit was trying to cool down the room but was too little to manage.

I’ve stayed here many times for work, staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and bedding is soft and comfy bed.

Check in was slow with one person working the desk who was on the phone. Asked if I could get a crib and they said they’d let me know if there are any available but never heard back so tried to call the front desk later that night and no one answered.. so had to walk down and ask and they said they didn’t have any cribs right now (that was a main reason we chose this hotel since we have a baby and needed a crib). Husband attempted to go to the hot tub but the key wouldn’t let him in and then they said the hot tub was under maintenance anyways. Tried to get my kids in the tub but the drain stopper wouldn’t plug off so couldn’t give them a bath.

It feels like a bait and switch. They advertise as a hotel and have a newer part that is indeed a hotel... however they also have an older motel. We ended up staying in the motel portion which is smokers paradise because they can just step out of their room and smoke. The doors didn't seal very well so you could hear traffic noise. The hot tub didn't work and hasn't for some time.

Room smelled musty because air was not on. Got some air freshener from front desk and turned the air on. Went out to eat came back everything was Ok.

Nice spacious room with a comfortable king size bed. It was very quiet and didn't hear any noise from other guests. The only noise was from the traffic outside. I felt very safe here, and with a Starbucks 20 feet away it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.
