just a quick overnight on a road trip. very nice and clmfortable. no complaints. We didn’t use any of the facilities, just slept there

We stayed 3 days, day 2 the room was not cleaned apparently the rooms are cleaned every other day but on the day it was to be cleaned it was done average the bathroom floor was srill dirty some hair on floor wich tells me they were payin attention or didn't
Care, i would expect alot more from hilton another thing is why cant you supply the room with complimentary bottles of water i mean really. Dont be so cheap after all at 150 plus taxes per night.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn when we visited family in the area. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the room and hotel, the amenities, the size of the room, and the friendly staff. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

We stayed here before boarding a cruise. Great newer hotel near interstate with reasonable rates.

We had no hot water, our ac would not cool the room, room service never came and we called for towels and never got them

A comfortable Hilton sits awaiting what will surely be a long row in both directions of shops and businesses along this route. It's comfortable, clean, and mostly quiet, though those door latches are always loud. It's an easy straight shot to the beachside and you can back door it easily (for now) into Palm Coast. I understand why, but the restaurant being the whole of the lobby by the front door wasn't a great look, but it didn't detract from service or anything.

The drapes were in disrepair, and the A/C was loud and in need of repair. Paying $214 for a junior suite and experiencing a loud A/C unit, drapes which were broke and a staff who wouldn't allow changing rooms, was inconsiderate and poor service. Floor was unclean and sticky.

The only thing I didn't like was my view. I was looking out at all of the air conditioning units. The staff was VERY friendly and always helpful and courteous.

We decided on staying at a Hilton, because we were expecting a better experience than if we stayed at a lower-end hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were down and basically went flat. We asked for more pillows to at least feel like we had something under our head, and after a hunt for pillows, they gave us two more. We asked for an extra blanket because the provided comforter was thin. We were given an itchy, tattered, thin green blanket. The doors slam incredibly hard so you’ll be woken up by doors slamming from people coming and going at night. Parking was scarce. We had to park at the parking lot for the establishment next door. Would we come back? No. Was it worth the money? Also no.

I liked the property. Renovated. The room and the hotel in general were clean. Even though they allow dogs, I didn't smell a bad smell. They have a buffet breakfast for $16 which wasn't bad, although I preferred the simpler and cheaper à la carte breakfast. 2 eggs your way with potatoes, bacon or sausage, coffee and toast for $13. I would stay there again.

I am very picky about my hotels but from the beautiful renovations, to the very very sweet receptionist. Young lady, brown hair. I can’t remember her name but she was so welcoming and nice! Made us feel at home. Rooms were very clean. The housekeeping were sweet and cleaned our rooms after our first night so it looked brand new for our second night. The bar down stairs is very relaxing and the bartender was sweet. Highly recommend
