I initially was excited for jungle room as an anniversary evening. However as soon as I walked in I was hit with smell of musty cigs like there was a big party night before. There was also a long hair wrapped around drain in hot tub. It had weird vibes and I couldn’t do it! So we went to front desk and they quickly changed us to a honeymoon suite. While it still was smoked in at some point, it was minimal, had romantic energy and we were able to enjoy our stay. I loved that the tub was behind the bed and we enjoyed a long soak. The mirrors and layout are fun. Overall, I think they need to have smoking and nonsmoking rooms. People next door smoked weed in am and it came through bathroom vents which was gross so maybe wouldn’t matter.. It’s campy, for party people, and needs some TLC.

The room was very basic with repairs and upgrades needed everywhere. The double shower was not draining as we took a shower, so water was filling up almost to our ankles. This was a Honeymoon Suite and the one old fashioned soap dish in the shower could not even hold the shampoo conditioner or soap, they just kept falling down. This room also had a big dirty food stain on the carpet, which was pretty fresh and yet not cleaned. We arrived to a freezing cold room and so we were forced to turn the heat on high and go out to dinner as the room warmed up in this artic chill we are having. The Tv had nothing decent that could be watched and even had xxxxx channels. Couples are already going here for a romantic night together. We don't need ponography of different levels flashing across the television. Vents were dusty Update the space, do repair, clean carpets and around the bed. My only positive was the hottub and fireplace.

I thought the room was amazing. But I had a lot of leaves that was pile up in front of my door. I would recommend this hotel.

The hot tub was really dirty i had to get shampoo to scrub it and then fill it up with hot water and let the jets run to clean it the rugs are sticky .

The entire stay wasn’t too bad, but the ages of the rooms does show a little bit. Check in was quick even by an employee still in training (anything she missed was quickly covered by the one watching). Prices of extras available are on par with other similar type hotels (extra soap, bath bombs, teddy bears, roses). A free fire log was provided for the first night of the stay and lasted several hours and provided a decent amount of heat and warmth to the room. The room it self was decent with minor inconveniences that did not take away from room itself (lights not working in hot tub, blown out lightbulbs in room, tape on the headboard). Room was spacious and had more than enough room to not feel cramped even with a bed, hot tub, couch, table and chairs. Walk in shower with shower head on each wall flowed hot water quickly with one covering the marble seat while the other one stopped just short of reaching. Hot tub is personally recommended to be cycled once before use (like similar places) both to flush cold water out of the system along with the usual dirt and debris that can cycle out from sitting unused. (Dirt mostly). Only downside is what seems to be limited parking for each building. Arrived around 10pm and had to park a building away due to all spots for building assigned being taken.
