This was a 2 day stay. Cold water the first day. Water pressure was below average. The place was clean but super basic. $150 per night was not a great deal.

Staff was great!! It started at the front desk and the employee that was in charge of breakfast every morning was fantastic.

Front desk staff was lovely & helpful. Property, specifically the elevators, hallways and doors are pretty worn out and some were damaged. Overall would stay again for convenience of location and comfort of room & breakfast was a nice addition.

Staff was very friendly and attentive to the needs of its customers. Breakfast staff kept food filled, fresh and hot, even clearing plates and cups as customers were finished eating but hanging out.

Loud as F! Awake at 6:00am by extremely loud music in room next door and staff did nothing about it. We were on a trip to get away and got zero sleep. My husband had to end up knocking on the door and asking the man to turn down the music. Also, A herd of kids ran up and down the halls at all hours, unsupervised apparently. Can’t believe how people have such disregard for others at this place.

This property is very convenient to many of the Pinehurst area Golf Courses. This is the main reason we use this location. Staff is always friendly, breakfast is on time and very good.
Room is always clean and the noise level at this property is quiet.

Room was SUPER clean! Suite was spacious. Front desk associate, Money, was extremely kind and helpful. (I think she’s the manager.). The cleanliness of this hotel is the main reason I book here when traveling to Pinehurst.

From the second I checked in, the front desk agents were very attentive. They text me throughout my stay to make sure everything was well, they even brought extra towels to the room within minutes of me calling. It was an excellent experience! I will be returning!

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything looks newly updated except for the TVs which is a little strange. The shower head was very high which made it difficult for me to adjust the water pressure.
The breakfast wasn't so good - the eggs and biscuits were overcooked. This was a bit of a disappointment since I usually really enjoy a Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

Had rooms for me and my mom and dad. Left on Saturday to go be with family, came in late only to find that the rooms had not been cleaned, trash had not been emptied, and towels had not been restocked.

When our granddaughter plays in golf tournaments at Pinehurst, we always stay here. The staff is friendly and professional. It is the perfect location to golf courses, restaurants, shops, etc. the free breakfasts are awesome. We will be back in a few months.
