1st floor room has air intake next to head of bed - very noisy and inconvenient. Front desk staff was not friendly and rude. Room was otherwise very clean. Lots of guests with large dogs on 1st floor.

Nice location, decent breakfast and very clean. The pool is nice just a bit high on clorox

My family enjoyed this hotel very much. The room had a nice layout, the beds were comfy enough, the breakfast was one of the beat we've ever had, and we also liked the exercise room. Good stay!

Not so pleasant

The staff was so friendly and nice. One of the employees moved his car so I could park my car in the late evening when the hotel had paved the parking lot and not enough space to park.

Overall we would stay here again!

Good location

Late check in at midnight. But no issue being late. Got my 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep. And the staff was awesome.

We used to live in Albuquerque and the property was close to one of our favorite restaurants. There was also a park and golf course close by that were great for walking the dog.

We picked this hotel for a 4 day stay we had. The hotel was nice and clean. Low key area but still close to places. If we came back around that way I would stay again.

Called in for a full service cleaning of the room came back and did not find nothing was cleaned

Hotel staff was nice room was clean. They charged for things other locations didn’t charge, like a fee for my service dog & water. I didn’t have them energy to fight them on this charge because of what you’ll read next. Worst part is our vehicle was broken into while we were there! Despite being parked by an entrance and cameras on it and the property having signs stating the property had security patrolling. Police wouldn’t come take a report so we had to use computers inside and file a report ourselves. The staff was nice and helpful with this aspect. Can’t really say much negative about the inside hotel or the staff but the environment and our stuff being stolen really ruined the whole experience. We are moving across states so it was a large amount of stuff stolen. The outside of the hotel isn’t that great either. There was lots of pet waste but that’s people who stay there being gross. The area is also very questionable now considering There was more noises heard throughout our stay as well, seems like other locations have been quieter but again could be because of those staying there. We also left behind stuff because of being frazzled after everything and the staff claimed to not have found any of it. So that’s disappointing too especially when we know exactly where it was in the room. Hoping to be able to get our stuff back that was left.

Great ptoperty

I was going to get ice for my wife and in our ice bucket was a bag of feces. I immediately found a cleaning personnel by the name of Francesca and showed her what I have found.Yes a bag full of poop in the ice bucket they did not bother to check before the next check in. I’m assuming dog poop since the hotel is dog friendly which I am all for but they did not bother to clean the room properly not only is the hotel at fault for missing this but the person who stayed in the room before. I hope to hear from a manager soon since non were available all weekend.

The hotel was great, staff great, checking in was not. We had to pay in full as soon as we checked in, usually is via check out.

This accommodation I s soooo comfortable with large room sitting area, big kitchen etc new and crystal clean. I will stay here from now on for all my early late flights in abq. Fantastic!

Great time at the property but had one small thing. I came down to wait for my Lyft ride, about 9:30am. Walking from the front desk to the entrance I went to sit at the tables to the left, along the windows. They were all dirty. Each one had some kind of food product smeared on it. Not a lot but enough to notice from a distance. I came to the hotel at approximately 2:30pm and the tables were still dirty. At approximately 6:00pm I went downstairs for another Lyft ride. I checked the tables and they were still dirty. They were clean the next morning.

Nice place to stop

Lotion and bath soap were empty. No good for a $200+ night stay.

It is our 4th time staying here. The room is always clean and have a friendly staff. Thank you for the hospitality.

Spacious room, lots of great features, barn door on the bathroom,while a cool few feature was impractical. We were really liking it until we pulled back the comforter on one bed and there was a foul smelling, brown streak. Bedding obviously hadn’t been changed. Called the front desk attendant who was very nice and brought up clean bedding, but I had to remove the soiled bedding and replace it myself. No manager available then or the next morning to speak with. Expedia also contacted the property and unable to speak with a manager.

Close to the interstate. Easy on easy off. Free breakfast was excellent

Noisy, rooms kind of stink. They charged me $186.87 when I paid Expedia already and still the manager has not called me back for my refund.

One of the many reasons we booked because they have media section, needed access to desktop , both desktop outdated and kept freezing after 2 minutes , Saturday. Night 3 am , fire alarm went off , no joke , no explanation from the staff , no apology, 3 am we are all outside in parking lot , naturally next day everyone is tired
