Its a lovely place to stay. Very central for bars and restaurants. There are bars at both pools and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and all staff are friendly.

Slightly disappointing as this the 3rd time we stayed here and we booked the biggest most expensive room and it wasn’t as good as the others we have stayed in. For a family room it was not in a family friendly location and a little tired. The WI-FI also didn’t work in some rooms which didn’t go down well with teenagers

Good location, but property is 50/50 if you get a new or old apartment, have been twice in the last year and refurb is still continuing. Everything you need on resort, supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. But not for those who want a quiet break.

Easy access, check in very thorough and informative. Room was excellent. Plenty of choice for food and drinks and entertainment. A stones through from all main areas of Costa Adeje

Very well situated about 1/4 mile back from the seafront. Nice walks in either direction with some good bars and restaurants. Our apartment was a recent refurb- not sure if this applies to all of them. Resort has 2 pools on different levels. The only downside is that there are some pubs tucked away at the bottom of the resort which can be noisy. Otherwise a good place to stay.

2 bed apartment, very large, spotless, comfortable with all you need for self catering etc. The entire hotel was also spotless and very family friendly. Lots of bars serving food in the complex and nearby loads of options. Beach about 6 min walk. As a family we would definitely come back here.

I love this resort been coming here for nearly 20 years. staff are always friendly and very helpful. Only 5 mins to the beach and plenty of bars restaurants and shops in the area.

As a returning customer the Sunset Bay met our expectations. It is well positioned for access to beaches and restaurants.The 1 bedroom apartment has adequate dimensions for our needs. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are well appointed. The balcony/patio space was a good size and saw lots of sun.Though the slopes and steps present a challenge for those with mobility issues, we think its great location. We will return.

excellent service. great location. we stayed there just for a few nights but I would definitely come there again. very impresses with quality of service. we arrived a bit early for the check in. the hotel offered to change the clothes and take a shower while the room is getting ready. front desk desk was very helpful. called us few times to get our feedback as to the quality of the stay. also they helped to arrange transportation back to the airport. there are bars and restaurants with mini supermarkets inside the community. we did not us them as much. but I can see them as very convenient option to spend some time outside of the room.

Arrived late Sunday to find our ground floor room was outside the bar complex as the karaoke evening was in full chorus.
Return to the reception and asked to move nothing available and some of their customers love a room so close to the action. I should have emailed ahead if I wanted a quiet room( pity I’m not psychic and would have known the room position)
If it had been earlier I would have moved to another hotel but traveling with others I had to pay for an upgrade to a family room.
The family room was fine the complex resembled a slightly dated butlins.
The hotel management never made any effort to see why I upgraded and address my concerns.
I’ll not be back but it’s a big complex so make sure you get a room that too get to your door you have to push through the bar tables.

We had a few cockroaches while we were there. The prices have rocketed since Hilton took over. It’s now become unaffordable for us I’m afraid which is a pity. The apartments are very modern & comfortable & the staff are lovely

Fantastic studio, lovely large room with everything you needed & a massive patio with your own sunbeds. But sadly our room was right opposite the Irish pubs which were noisy with singing & football daily, we also had to endure the continous smell of fried food & baked beans which was most unpleasant & such a great shame

Sunset Bay is a very modern apartment complex. It has everything you will require for a very comfortable holiday except a washing machine but there is a laundromat at reception area. Staff are helpful & friendly. I would highly recommend this property.

The apartments are very spacious, clean and modern, have everything you need, all staff were extremely friendly & helpful. There is a courtyard area with shop and a few bars, entertainment most days. Very close to beach with numerous bars & restaurants to choose from
