This hotel does not offer any technical perks. The WiFi was unusable, Televisions were antiquated standard definition, rooms had No USB ports, but it was very clean and comfortable.

Staff at hotel were excellent. The cleanliness of the facility was sub par due to musty, moldy odor on entire 3rd floor. Also, air co dictionary was very loud, making it difficult to talk or hear tv when it was running, which is most of the time.

Hotel needs some attention on the interior. Room was ok bedding is worn & was very wrinkled. Only 2 towels in the bathroom. Scuff marks everywhere. A/c in our room was fine but the hotel & elevator was warm. There was a huge hose in the hall,when we were leaving, we had to lift our luggage over it in 2 places.
Breakfast options were slim even though there were empty trays, bowls, only 4 yogurts & they weren’t refilling & they were still open for at least another hour.

booked the room day of due to a first time cross country road trip with family and we didn’t know how far we’d get before needing a room for the night. Read the reviews and it looked good for a quick one night stay to rest. The staff was friendly. Check was easy. Breakfast was simple but they did offer frozen gluten free muffins on request that you just warm in the available microwave which was great since my mom has an allergy and couldn’t eat any of the other bread available. Overall easy and safe stay no issues. Only complaint was the ac unit in the room was a little loud for me but I slept in my AirPods with noise cancellation so I was still able to sleep. The parking lot is well lit and our room had easy view of the car so I definitely liked that as well since I wasn’t familiar with the area.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was friendly and the manager came around and greeted everyone. Riley at the front desk was amazing. As well as the housekeeping was excellent . This is the average Fairfield Inn. So if you like them this one is good. Breakfast was good. Pool was cold, jacuzzi was dirty, but I still got in, needed chlorine! The best thing about the hotel is the help. The ladies at the front desk, awesome, fast and respectful. Cleaning lady on 1st. floor, excellent service, polite, respectful and fast service. Breakfast replenishment fast and delicious. 5 star for front desk and staff. Makes a trip a lot easier. Good service is priceless.

Our hotel stay was for the most part, great. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. However, we have two complaints: the rooms need to be updated and remodeled. For example, it was an old fashioned coffeemaker and there were no usb ports. The second complaint was that because it’s not updated, the price per room does not match the amenities. If these things don’t matter to you, then this hotel is perfect.
