The young gentleman at the desk was very welcoming. It was refreshing to be able to hear someone say God Bless. I was thrilled and I will use Fairfield more because of this. The room was clean for the most part. The inside of toilet was not, nor was the inside of microwave. The beds were too soft for me. It was a noisy room from the highway #225. Will ask for other side next time. No ice! Pushed my chair at the desk back and it hit the A/C and the whole panel came off. Not too secure!

The front desk service and the lobby area is nice but the rooms are very basic. The beds seem to have very old sheets and comforters. The towels smelled a bit stale like they werent freshly cleaned. The air conditioner was loud. I only was there for one night or would have tried to at least change my room.

The hotel was kind of alright. I paid the exact amount for my stay, but all of a sudden they we're taxing me and said I have to give them a $20 dollar deposit. It's bad enough I had to travel 30 minutes from the hotel to the concert in Daytona Beach, which I've should've book a hotel there instead of Palm Coast. Unfortunately, the hotels at Daytona Beach are booked and prices are too high so I have no choice but to book it at Palm Coast. Then they say it takes 7 days to put my $20 dollars in the bank which makes no sense. Knowing I don't have that kind of money to put in a deposit when I need that money or more for food,gas, and emergencies. I barely made it back to Georgia due to how much gas in my car could take. The view outside was not good at all and there ain't no good channels on TV I want to watch. Lucky for me I bought my DVD carrier. The only thing good about the hotel is I have free breakfast. Next time I need to look at the reviews and ratings before I start to book a hotel. I'll be better off booking near Daytona Beach or Orlando. This place got to do more better.

I was very disappointed after seeing this as an "excellent" rating on Expedia. It was not well kept and was not very clean. Shower door was broken and leaked water all over the unclean floor.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. Check in was painless. Great breakfast lots of choices. Rooms were very clean. Would stay there again.

Fairfield Inn and Suites in Palm Cost was so clean and had great friendly service. Jaime, Kimberly and Victoria were awesome. They accommodated us with everything we needed. Love that they have breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea. Definitely will be back. From the lobby, bathrooms and rooms all very clean.

The front desk clerks were professional and very welcoming. Check in was a very easy process especially after a 15 hour drive. The room was spotless! Parking lot is well lit and over all felt safe walking anywhere around the premises. Will definitely come back!

When we arrived late at night and got to our room, the toilet bowl was dirty and there was so much dust on all the furniture. We did have the service manager come up and look at it so she would know what we were talking about. I understand a lot of places are short staffed, but there’s no reason for that much dust when you’re paying this kind of money per night for a hotel room. I would never go back to this particular hotel I would never refer anybody here because it’s very dirty.

Great stay! Great location!! I was booked a room with hotels.com but didn’t have a room when I got to the location. Thankfully the young man at front desk felt sorry for me and gave me what they had.

This appears to be a older property that could use more attention. My first disappointment was a cramped shower without a tub and overall signs of age/wear in the bathroom and with room light fixtures (cracked and dust-laden lamp shade; one lamp nonfunctional.) I also found the mattress overly soft. Limited breakfast hours for a holiday weekend and the inability to accept Apple Pay contributed to lowering the value of this experience. I made this reservation only to coordinate with other family; If I ever need another hotel stay in this area I’ll make another choice.

Sheets were too small for the beds (however beds and pillows were extremely comfortable/5stars) Toilet would not flush correctly. Front desk was friendly and attentive 5stars. Tvs were small. Housekeeping was outstanding 5 stars. Breakfast was lacking flavor, however a good variety for free* Nice gym,laundry, Large pool and hot tub👍👍
