Booked all rooms when i made a reservation early wasnt able to stay there

Vista Inn was overbooked so stayed in Comfort Inn right in front of it on the back side. Thought we were in a slum part of town. Appeared to be hookers next door as they had different guests through the night.

The only thing that saves this hotel is the people who work there. They are extremely freindly and go out of their way to help. What prevents them from getting 5 stars from me though are the following: They require a $100 deposit. This is a huge inconveniences because it means that the guest needs an extra $100 to stay at the hotel which is already expensive.The carpet was stained and dirtyThe curtains on the windows blocks the air from the AC. I had to use books to keep the curtain up against the window so that the air would go into the room and not behind the curtains.No microwaveNo trash can No remote for the TV. I know this may sound petty. But today there are a lot of channels and it takes a long time to get to the channel you want when you have to push a button on the TV.

Booked double queen room and got a king. Room stunk terrible and was really not clean. Got room changed over and then got woke up by hotel security and visitors arguing and yelling and waking my kids up. Didnt get much sleep. Got grumpy kids all day now and everyone tired and paid for a hotel room that didnt serve the purpose it was booked for. I might as well stayed in the car!! At least then i wouldnt have spent money on a hotel for nothing.....

Nice people, good service, but the cleanliness was horrible.

Nice place and the people are very friendly. AC works. TV a d frige but no microwave

I did not like the fact that I didn't have a room when I got there yet my credit card was billed. Shame on you Expedia! Maybe you should confirm the rooms that you booked because the hotel was full! Too full to accommodate me, therefore I did not get a room I will never use Expedia again. I'm going to tell everyone I know not to use Expedia as well! Vista Hotel told me to have you call them as this has been done many times, they say. Please refund my money ASAP! Do you think you can get that right?

Overbooked didn't stay Expedia took good care of me.

Did not have my reservation ready. Could not open the door to the room. Once in the room the insde door handle feel off. TV had no remote or cable service. Left the establishment and got another room in another hotel.

It was easily accessible and it had an indoor pool. The front desk clerk could have been a bit more friendly

Very bad nothing was up to what should be.required to pay for breakfasts.

Plenty of parking, a large facility. Carpets were worn and not vacuumed, trash on the floor, stains on the sheets. Electrical outlet in wall didn't work. Lobby was closed and had to go the hotel in front of Vista Inn to check in.

Dirty needles in room also had to pay for stay twice. Did not get composated. I have children and was not comfortable with front end staff. Manager was helpful although cleaning staff took over three hours to clean room

There was no rooms available after paying for the room even after getting the conformation

Dirty, have to argue just to get standard thing like towels and toilet paper.

we requested a king and were put into a 2nd story room with two doubles. The room was just so-so but adequatebut overall the stay was unacceptable.

Traveling through, and looked for a place to stay. Regret that I didn’t keep looking.

Staff was nice breakfast was good, we got a ticket to eat at the hotel in front of us. Door had problems opening bath tubs didnt looks verey clean, coloring on walls and the room smelled.

under new management, nothing done in section I stayed in. WIFI didn't work, no ice, bathroom and bedroom needs renovation, no refrigerator or microwave, converted TV was snowy beyond belief. If and when they renovate the rooms it might be livable

Reservation was confirmed by expedia, but when I got to the hotel I was told no rooms were available.

No fridge or microwave in room. Television had bad reception on 95% of channels. Room was on west side and became dust-filled during a dust storm. Dust came in thru AC unit and badly fitted/sealed door. Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Hotel needs completely remodeled and updated. Management needs to step it up!!!

Hotel needs an up grade, carpets are need a good cleaning., curtains needs to be replaced.

I had put the address into GPS & when I had "arrived at destination" I'm looking around & can't find the place. Turns out it is hidden back behind the Clarion and they hadn't gotten around to changing the existing sign with another motel name on it to Vista Inn. Check-in was fine - no problems. The exterior & outside hallways resemble a dump. The room, however, was decently clean, and quite comfortable considering. Now I knew when I made the reservation that this place wasn't going to rate very high - I was only going to be there a couple of hours and didn't want to spend the extra money for a nice motel. Wouldn't stay there again but served my purpose for this trip.
